she welcomes him inside the apartment and he takes a seat on the couch.
"let me be 100% honest... i missed this couch." he says while bouncing up and down on it like an excited little boy. she giggles at his reaction.
"also there was a reason i came here, to ask for another chance..." he says fiddling with his fingers.
she grabs his ear and yanks him up off the couch, "now listen here, this is your last chance. got it?"
the boy repeats the word, "ow" so many times he lost count. when the girl finishes, she lets go.
he grabs his hurt and whines about how much it hurt, then they laugh it off.
"oh and mimi." he says catching her attention. "my mom and dad forgave me." he looks happy with a huge smile on his face.
"that's great kookie!!" she says happily and hugs him. he hugs back sharing the same happiness.
"although does the offer of this being our apartment still stand?" he says still hugging her. she giggles.
"yes, it still stands." he sighs in relief. for the rest of the night they laughed and watched movies together until they both fell asleep.

when they wake up, both of their phones are going off like crazy.
"shut it off." jungkook whines and she sighs and turns to her phone.
her notifications are full of messages from her friends. the majority of them are from jihyo who is freaking out over a famous model who is going to their university, but what catches her attention is the name of this "famous-not so famous anymore" model.
"jeongyeon?" mimi whispers, doubting that it's her. the girl from her past. jungkook sighs and sits up on the comfy couch.
"what's going on?" he says, rubbing the sleepiness from his eyes.
"apparently a 'famous-not so famous anymore' model is going to our university and jihyo won't shut up about it."
they ignore it but decide it's time to get ready for classes.
when they walk through the doors they receive looks and whispers.
"i'll see you later." jungkook whispers and then he's off.
she walks down the hallway avoiding people and she almost succeeded til a somewhat familiar voice stops her.
"mimi? is that you?" the girl's breath hitches.
'god please no. not today. not ever really.'
"ohmygod it is!!" the voice is getting closer and all mimi wants to do is run away.
