BANG
Lillianna jumped up. Observing her surroundings she noticed someone had tucked her into her bed.
"Bilbo!" She called as she got out of bed.
Lillianna got ready for the day and went on a search for her brother or any dwarves in Bag end. Yet nobody was in sight.
"Bilbo. You can come out now. This isn't funny." She called.
Lillianna entered Bilbo's room to see his wardrobe flung open and clothes dropped on the floor everywhere. His backpack was no longer in sight.
"Blasted brother left me behind!" Lillianna screamed into the emptiness of Bag End.
Lillianna raced to her room grabbed her bag and chucked in all her clothes, a hankerchief and all the important necessities she needed.
"He can't have got far." She sighed as she rushed towards the door.
Lillianna turned around noticing a white piece of cloth on the mantel. "Bilbo's hankerchief, he'll need that." Lillianna placed it into her bag.
Pulling the door tightly shut behind her, Lillianna started her race down the hill.
"Miss Lillianna!" She heard someone call.
"Can't stop. I need to find my brother." She called back as she jumped over a fence.
Lillianna found herself in the woods with no trouble as she carried on running. It took Lillianna a couple of hours before she saw the behind of some ponies. She willed her legs to go faster until she spotted a familiar hat. "Gandalf.." She sighed.
"Excuse me!" She yelled.
The ponies once again drew to a stop for a hobbit.
"Lillianna Baggins. What on earth are you doing here?" Gandalf called from atop his horse.
"I'm coming with." Lillianna called.
"I'm afraid this is no adventure for a wee lass." Balin spoke from his horse.
Lillianna ran to the front of the group and stood next to Thorin.
"Thorin, please. You have to let me make up for my kin. You can't send me back. I don't want any of the treasue just let me come with you. " She pleaded.
"Lillianna, Balin was right this is no journey for the faint of heart. You don't even know how to defend yourself." He answered.
"Please!" She begged. Lillliana turned to Fili and Kili, "You guys promised to teach me. Please!"
"We'll teach her." Kili spoke.
"Thorin, please." She begged once more.
"Fine but their are no more ponies. You'll ride with me." He sighed as he offered his hand to the young half breed.
Lillianna grabbed his hand and pulled herself onto the back of his horse. "Thank you." She whispered in his ear.
"Just hold on." He sighed.
The group started on moving frowards once more. Lillianna leaned forwards to make sure she could fully wrap her arms around Thorin. As the hours past she quite quickly got tired so she rest her head upon his shoulder as the green fields passed. Awed, she stared at all the surroundings.
As darkness began to fall, the group drew to a hault and started to set up camp. Lillianna dismounted and took off her backpack. She placed herself against the wall as she opened the bag.
