Lillianna groans as she hits the floor. She opens her eyes to be met by white sticky stuff surrounding her. She started pulling it off her. Two hands started helping her.

"Thorin", she breathed in relief.

"Come on." He yelled leading them away from the chasing spiders.

The spiders attacked them. Lillianna unsheathed her sword. Stabbing and slicing any spider that got too close to her. Thorin didn't let many get too close to her though. She turned to see some of the dwarves ripping the legs of one that was attacking Bombur.

Thorin started to lead the company on further. They carried on running until he pulled Lillianna to stop by her waist and pushed her behind him. A spider started to come towards them as Thorin prepared his sword. Thorin looks up and Lillianna follows his eye line.

A blonde haired elf swings down a spider silk and land on the spider, killing it.Sliding under the spider in front of them and killing that one too. Quickly, notching an arrow in his bow. Lillianna turned to the side to see more elves circling them.

"Do not think I won't kill you, dwarf. It would be my pleasure." He said.

"Search them." He ordered.

An elf came up to Lillianna. She handed over her sword and smiled. Thorin pulled her back to him, this time in front of him so he could keep an eye on her.

"Where did you get this?" The blonde elf spoke holding Thorin's sword.

"It was given to me." Thorin spoke over Lillianna's head.

"Not just a thief, but a liar as well." The blonde elf spoke.

Lillianna listened to him speak elvish before the elves started to push them.

"Wait!" She called.

The blonde elf held up his hand signalling them to stop. "What Dwarf?" He said.

"I'm not a dwarf. I'm half hobbit, half elf and my name is Lillianna!" She said.

"Half Elf?" He asked.

Lillianna nodded. "Lord Elrond said my father is here. He can vouch for us to go safely through. We mean no harm." She explained.

"Your father? Who?" He asked.

"I've never met him." She explained. "Lord Elrond said that he was called Legolas."

"Do not lie." The elf hissed. "The only Legolas in these woods is myself." Legolas pointed his sword at her throat.

Lillianna felt Thorin's arm tighten around her waist pulling her closer to him.

"Belladonna of the Shire." She squeaked.

"How do you know of Belladonna?" Legolas hissed.

"She's my mother. She always said my father was the best archer she had ever seen." Lillianna spoke.

Legolas froze. He remembered the young halfling, whom he had met on his travels. He was meant to be going to Rivendell but decided to take the long route visiting the Green Dragon, where he met the young Belladonna.

"You really are my daughter. I'm afraid I cannot vouch for your friends but I can for you." Legolas spoke as he opened his arms to give his daughter a hug.

Lillianna tried to step forward yet Thorin did not release his hold on her.

"Unhand my daughter, dwarf." Legolas spoke, the elves around them raised their arrows at Thorin as he held their Princess.
