Lillianna climbed up the rope as fast as she could with Bilbo following swiftly behind. They reached the dwarves as the army came to a stop in front of the mountain. Lillianna watched as Bard and her grandfather walked through the army to the front of them. Lillianna's head snappped to the side as she hears and arrow whizz through the air landing in front of Bard and her grandfather.
"I will put the next one between your eyes." Thorin shouted.
Thorin draws his bow again. Lillianna watched in awe as the elves completed the same action at the same time in a fluid motion causing them all to duck but Thorin. Secounds past before Thranduil raised his arm to have them lower their bows.
"We've come to tell you, payment of your debt has been offered...and accepted." Thranduil spoke.
"What payment? I gave you nothing! You have nothing!" Thorin spoke.
"We have this." Bard spoke as he reached into his pocket and pulled out the Arkenstone for them all to see.
Lillianna watches as Thorin lowers his bow.
"They have the Arkenstone? Thieves! How came you by the heirloom of our house? That stone belongs to the king!" Kili shouts.
"And the king may have it, in our good will." Bard spoke as he put the stone back in his pocket. "But first he must honour his word."
Thorin whispers to himself but Lillianna could not here till he yelled. "The Arkenstone is in this mountain. It is a trick."
Bilbo steps out from beside her. "It... It's no trick. The stone is real. I gave it to them." Biblo spoke.
"You..." Thorin hissed.
"I took it as my fourteenth share." Bilbo spoke.
"You would steal from me?" Thorin raised his voice scaring Lillianna as her hand shot to her stomach. Noticing what she had done she lowered her hands before anyone noticed.
"Steal from you? No. No. I may be a burglar, but I like to think I'm a honest one. I'm willing to let it stand against my claim." Bilbo spoke.
"Against your claim?! Your claim! You have no claim over me you miserable rat!" Thorin yelled and throws down his bow.
"I was going to give it to you. Many times I wanted to, but..." Bilbo started.
"But what, thief?" Thorin hissed.
"You are changed, Thorin! The dwarf I met in Bag End would never have gone back on his word! Would never have pushed my sister away?" Bilbo said looking over his shoulder at me. "Would never have doubted the loyalty of his kin!"
"Do not speak to me ... of loyalty!" Thorin yelled. "Throw him from the rampart!" Thorin yelled to the others. The dwarves didn't follow his order but stepped away from Bilbo.
"Do you hear me!" He yelled.Thorin grabbed Fili's arm but he shakes him off.
"I will do it myself!" Thorin claims as he reaches for Bilbo. "Curse you!" He yelled at Bilbo.
The dwarves try to stop him as he pushes Bilbo towards the edge of mountain. "Cursed be the wizard that forced you on this company!" He said.
"If you don't like my burglar..." Gandalf boomed. "Then please don't damage him. Return him to me! You're not making a very splendid figure as king under the mountain, are you? Thorin, son of Thrain."
"It wasn't his fault. I told him not to give it to you!" Lillianna yelled and pulled Thorin's arm away from her brother till he let him go.
"You knew?" Thorin asked, the betrayal written across his face clear as day.
