"What do you want for your birthday?" Lorraine asked, sitting in my lap. "I want to see my family, but I know that's not going to happen."

"You can always try."

"I have, I already told you what happened last time." I said sighing. Sometimes I felt uncomfortable talking about them, it makes me want to cry. "What was your family like?"

"I really don't want to talk about them, it would just make me upset."

"When is your birthday?" I finally asked because I never knew.

"July twenty sixth."

"What do you want for birthday?" I asked. "I want to get drunk, cause I'll finally be twenty one."

"That's it?" I laughed. "Sex would be nice," she smiled. "Your such a freak, I like it though."

"But your a virgin?" She said, more like a question. "So? I still get horny sometimes." I laughed.

"You ain't nothing but a horny virgin." She laughed. "Is it funny?" I asked as she kept laughing.

"Nothing." She said looking into her lap. "Don't lie to me." I said lifting her head up, making her look me in the eyes.

"I have to leave." She said, ready to cry.
