Lorraine.

I sat in the mirror, staring at the small bump in my stomach. "You ready?" Lorenzo asked, peeping his head in. "Yeah," I said letting out a light sigh.

"It's been so long!" Lorenzo's mother cried out as she hugged me tightly. "Careful, ma. She's pregnant." Lorenzo said while putting down the twins. "Again?" His mom asked in shock. "Yes, again." I said giving her a slight smile. She grabbed onto my hand, looking at the engagement ring. "Oh my gosh, y'all are engaged?" She asked giving Lorenzo a stern look. "Yeah," he said putting on a big smile. "And you never told me?"

"Sorry."

I talked to Lorenzo's mom as more relatives started to arrive. She rambled on and on about Lorenzo's and I marriage,  we're not even married yet. "So, do you know when the wedding is?"

"Maybe at the end of next year, I want to have the baby first." She nodded her head in an understandment. I looked down at my phone as I received a tex from Chresanto--

Meet me in the back yard.

"Excuse me," I said before making my way to the back yard. I looked around seeing that he was no where in sight. Someone's hands covered my eyes, saying, "Guess who?"

"Chris Brown?"

"No," he said pulling his hands away. I turned around giving him a friendly hug. "I missed you," he said hugging back tightly. He hugged back a little longer than expected, but I didn't think anything of it. "You could've came over, I haven't been doing anything."

"I know I've just been busy." He said looking down likes he's hiding something. "Busy doing what?" I said lifting his head up. "Nothing that you need to be concerned about." He said sitting at the patio table. "Where's Bri?" I asked sitting across from him. "She's in there with Lorenzo." I looked through window, seeing everyone was starting to gather around the dinner table. "C'mon,  I think they're about to start," I said standing from my seat.

I sat next to Lorenzo, and Chresanto sat on the other side of me. I sat quietly and ate my food while everyone else conversated. Lorenzo kept his hand rested on my thigh, squeezing it every once in a while. I met a few relatives of his, and they all seemed pretty nice.

It was getting late, and I was ready to go home. I sat on the couch, holding Lamarr and Laila, waiting for Lorenzo. Someone tapped my shoulder, looking up to see Lorenzo. "You ready to go?"

I laid in bed next to Lorenzo who had already fallen asleep. He pulled me on top of him, wrapping his arms tightly around me. "I love you," he grumbled. "I love you too."
