Lorenzo.

"Did you guys have fun last night?" I asked my parents. They laughed and just smiled at me. "Daddy?" Bri questioned me. "Where's Chresanto?" I asked them.

"He should be upstairs."

I jogged up the steps, walking to Chresanto's room. I heard him talking to some female, she sounded fimiliar. But I didn't think it was her. "Yo Chres?" I hollered knocking on the door.

I heard them whisper yelling, making me curious. "What's up?" He asked, only cracking the door, poking his head out. "I just wanted to tell you that Bri downstairs." I said looking at him weirdly.

"A'ight." He said before closing the door again. I walked away curiousity filling my mind, wondering what he is up to. I said bye to my parents and gave Bri a hug and kiss before I left. I had to work with my assistant later on a new clothing line.

About my job, my father owns August Headquarters, also owning a lot of other companies. You would think he is busy all the time, but he has people that do his job for him, and I'm one of those people.

I'm more of a designer, you could say. I mange all of the clothing companies that my father owns, along with my assistant, Liyla. I went home and showered, changing into one of my many suits.

"Good morning, Mr. August." Liyla smiled at me. "How many times do I have to tell you, call me Lorenzo, Mr. August is my father."

"Okay." She giggled. I'm not the type of person to assume things too quickly, but I would be lying if I said I didn't think she had a crush on me. She has always been a flirt, always smiling, and sometimes I would catch her staring at me.

She strutted into my office, "Who are we designing for, Lorenzo?" She asked sitting in the chair across from me. "Wet Seal, they said they need a new winter collection."

I would also be lying if I said she didn't annoy the hell out of me. Sometimes we would never get our new clothing lines done on time, and we would have push back our release date. All because she would just stare at me and never listen to what I say and never get any work done.

I really just need a new assistant.

I was rambling on about new designs for shirts, and jeans. Everytime I looked up she was staring into my eyes, like she was in a daze. "Did you even hear what I said?" I asked with slight attitude.

"Um, could you repeat that?" She asked with the biggest smile. "Go back to your office, I can never work with you."

"I'm sorry, sir. I'll do better!" She said pleading. "Bye, Liyla." I said waving her off. I sighed deeply, stepping out of my office, calling for a different assistant. "Shereen, could you come here, please?" I politely asked.

"What can I help you with, Lorenzo?"

"I need to get these designs done for Wet Seal, but my other assistant never listens to a word I say, and never gets any work done. All she does is stare at me, and I'm fed up with her nonsense." I complained.

"I could help you." She giggled. "Your not going to stare at me, are you?" I asked.

"Of course not." She smiled again.

Another boring ass chapter. Next chapter coming later...
