Harry

I wasn't mad at Ellie, more so surprised. She's the best girl I've ever met but the attitude she has could have satan on his knees.

"You're the kind of girl everyone wants, but can't have." I told her, her eyes looking up to meet mine.

"Pardon?" She mumbled before looking back down while I painted her toes.

"You're the kind of girl everyone wants, but can't have." I repeated and she shrugged.

"What do you mean," she finally looked up and her head stayed up, not falling again.

"Guys see the good in you and how sexy you are," I stopped and she laughed, throwing her head back while I listened to her melody, "and they all want you." I continued and she smiled.

"I'm nothing special, but thanks baby."

"Oh, no, you're special." Her jaw dropped and she hit my shoulder, making me drip the yellow nail polish onto her floor. "Fuck!" I yelled, moving away from it.

"It's fine it'll come off, finish my toes." She whined and I rolled my eyes, finishing her left foot.

"Do you know, how much I love you?" I mumbled, still looking at what I was doing.

"Do you?" She answered, her eyes still locked on her phone. I nodded, biting my lip and finishing her right foot.

"So fucking much," I leaned forward and pressed a kiss to her lips, her fingers meeting my face.

"I love you too," she breathed as she pulled away, smiling. "Thanks babe," she wiggled her toes at me and I sent a smile in return.

"Do you remember when you wore socks swimming for like, the first two months of us dating?" I asked, my eyebrows pulling in.

"I don't like people seeing my feet!" She defended and I put my hand on her shin, rubbing it lightly.

"I just painted your toes!" I exclaimed and she rolled her eyes.

"You've seen a lot more of me, I'm not too worried about it." This girl was going to kill me.

She bat her eyes at me and I groaned, giving in and asking what she wanted.

"A movie," was all that she said and I scrunched up my face in confusion.

"That's it?" I asked, grabbing her hand and pulling her up.

"At the drive in." She finished and I nodded.

"There it is, sure baby, I'll see what's playing." She hummed and I took out my phone while she cleaned up the nail polish and put it away.

"Okay, jaws, the avengers and bad moms is playing tonight," I glanced up as she walked back into the room.

"Sure, if that's okay with you?" She bit her lip and her breathing picked up. "I'm sorry, we don't have to go if you-" I cut her off, confused of why she was so anxious and why her mood changed so quickly.

"That's fine with me, alright?" I rubbed her arms and she nodded, taking a breath. "I'm going to run home and grab blankets and pillows for the trunk, I'll be back in half an hour tops." I kissed her and pulled away but she grabbed my arm.

"Can I come?" She mumbled, looking down before I tilted her chin up, a small look of panic catching my attention.

"What's wrong, love?" Ellie pulled my hands away and shook her head, pulling her hair into a bun.

"I'm sorry, I don't have to come, that's fine, I'll see you tonight?" Pulling her lip between her teeth, once again.

"Stop apologizing baby, you can come, just tell me what's wrong," I questioned, pulling her into me again and not letting her move away.
