"Are you sure?" Harry's voice cracked after staying quiet for awhile.

"Yes, sit." I sat on the couch and pet Bear, who ran over to see me. Harry sat cautiously beside me and leaned back.

"Her names Alexia and she was a great mom, until I turned fourteen. She and my dad worked together with the label, her being in charge of paper work and bringing in all the money." My blood boiled at the thought of her and Harry placed a hand on my leg.

"One night she just didn't come home and my dad tried to distract me by watching movies and eating ice cream but I noticed. This happened for the next week, she would come home the next morning and then leave after work. I thought she had picked up another job or something until I heard my dad and her start to fight." Harry's hand stroked my hair as he watched me and I bit my lip.

"Joe would take me out so we didn't have to listen to it, but we both knew what was happening. I found out four years ago that all the nights she didn't come home, she was working as a prostitute but no one knew why. She was into hard core drugs and my dad continued to put up with it, until she turned to us." My throat burned from the tears that were threatening to fall.

"One day after my dad picked me up from dance we pulled into the driveway and I remember there was a car we didn't know and Joe's car was sitting in its usual spot. When we walked in," I gasped as tears broke loose and started to pour down my face as Harry pulled me into him.

"Take your time, baby," he pressed a kiss to my forehead and I nodded, taking a breath.

"There were drugs and alcohol everywhere and I just remember my dad running to find Joe. I thought I would help and walked into the office to see my mom and another man b-burning him with lighters and laughing as he screamed. He was sixteen and I remember my dad coming in and pulling them off him." I cried into my hand and turned away slightly.

I started talking again before Harry calmed me down. "My mom realized what she had done and that's when my dad filed for divorce." His eyes held sadness so I looked away, I didn't want pity. "She overdosed on heroin a few months later." My tone was bitter and hard.

It was quiet while Harry stroked my hair and pulled me into him but I didn't mind. It took a lot for me to talk about it with Harry, but I knew there was still more that I had to tell him.

"Zach was the guy at the house, we learned a lot about him after that." I stopped and stood up. "He was there when she overdosed, so," I looked down and Harry stood up behind me.

"It means a lot that you talked about this, I'm proud of you, love." His words made me smile and I grabbed his hand.

"Let's go to bed, thank you for listening." I breathed out and he sighed.

"El, I'm always going to be here to listen, you know that." He pulled his shirt over his head and I nodded, pulling my jeans off and putting on shorts.

"I'm going to use the bathroom, I'll be out in one sec." I explained, already walking into the smaller room and leaning over the sink.

I was feeling worse than I thought I was and I knew I should tell Harry, but I couldn't.

"Are you alright? I can hear you crying," I wiped my tears and laughed slightly.

"Come in," I already told Harry most of the story, might as well finish.

The door opened and he frowned, wiping my tears and kissing my lips.

"After Joe's accident I shut down and two weeks later I took a bottle of Tylenol," I turned so I could lean on the counter and Harry's face changed.

Harry

"She was abused so often by others, she became abusive to herself." Ron's words played in my head over and over again before I realized I hadn't said anything.

"Baby," I stood behind her and held her waist while she leaned over the sink, sobbing. "Turn around." My heart was heavy for her and I wanted to sit on the floor and cry with her.

The fact that someone could hurt someone so precious blows my mind. She turned in my arms and I kissed her forehead repeatedly.

"Hey," I tilted her chin up slightly. "You're okay." I heard her breathing slow down and I pulled her away slightly.

"I'm so proud of you for talking about this." I reminded her and she nodded.

"I love you," Her eyes were puffy and swollen, along with her cheeks.

"I love you more." She puckered her lips and I laughed, leaning down to kiss her. "I'm so glad you told me, love." Her breaths became steady and she pulled away slightly.

"I'm going to take a shower," she pulled her shirt over head before starting the water and I stayed in the same spot. "Will you come?" She whispered and I nodded, pulling my shirt over my head.

My hands shook as I opened the door to my bedroom, Harry was sitting on the bed and picking a movie on the TV.

"Come," he pat the spot in between his legs.

"I miss your mom." I spoke suddenly and moved so my back was against Harry's chest as he leaned back on the headboard.

"Me too," his hands moved around my waist to rest on my legs.

"Have you talked to her lately?" Bear sprawled across the bottom of the bed and I rubbed his stomach with my feet.

"I talked to her yesterday about tour, she wants to come to a show and she told me she misses you." I smiled when I saw Harry put on Greys Anatomy.

"She's such a nice lady," he kissed my cheek and nodded.

It was quiet while we watched aside from Bears snoring, which made me laugh and soon Harry joined in.

"Oh my god, I love him." I let out a breath and looked at the large dog who had woken up by now. "Come here," I started and Harry groaned.

"No," he whined. "He thinks he's way smaller than he is." Harry finished just as Bear laid between my legs and rested his head on my thigh.

"Oh stop, he's so cute." I ran my hands through his fur and leaned my head back on Harry. When I looked over at the time it was nearly eleven and I sighed, knowing that in 48 hours Harry will be across the globe.
