I woke  up buried in Giselle's thick black hair that smelled like lavender. I wanted to do something special for Giselle and her parents so I called Shawn, JT and my parents to set up a small get together. They all obliged and my late minute plan's were put into action. Until then I began making breakfast as Mrs. Howard came in the kitchen from the guest room.

"Good morning Mrs. Howard, how did you sleep?"

"Good morning Jordan, I slept well baby thanks for asking." She said smiling.

"I'm making breakfast for everyone, any special requests?"

"Oh you've done enough pumpkin here you let me make breakfast you go do what men do.......watch tv and do the hands in the pants thing yall do." We both laugh as I do exactly what she says which was Mr. Howard's major key he gave me when dealing with Howard women.

Eventually Giselle and her father make their way into the family room. We all sit and enjoy breakfast together as I discuss the plans I made."So everyone I was thinking that since you all weren't leaving until close to this evening, it would be a good idea to get y'all together with my parents and maybe have a late lunch at my house."

"That would be wonderful son. We would love to meet your parents. After all they raised an excellent young man."

"Thank you sir. Also babe I invited Scottie and JT. "

"Great. It'll save me a long phone call to let them know how last night went." She said jokingly. Soon as breakfast ended we all got dressed and headed to my house which was thirty-five minutes away. Giselle's parents followed behind.

We arrived at my house in no time. I saw shawn's car in the driveway which let me know my parents nor JT had made it yet. I open the door to my home and followed the sound of the tv coming from the family room.

"Jayyy! Wassup cousin!?" Shawn arose from the couch with his hand out to dap me up and pull me in for a hug. "Wassup bruh!? Bride to be how are you!?" I said as I went to hug Scottie. Everyone greets each other while I ask shawn where my parents and JT were. Before I could get words out my front door chimes and I can hear JT's loud country ass.

"Heyy! Cousin here get this hot ass food. Where my girls at!?" JT said forcing the pan of food covered with foil in my hands.
"They in the family room with Giselle's parents but uhhhh!......Who is this!?" I said with my eyebrows raised and a confused look on my face. There was some lightskin nigga with her who I'd never met.

"Oh! My bad. Jordan this my boyfriend Reggie he a receiver for the Falcons."

"Hey man how you doing it's nice to meet you. Where can I put this food at!?"

"Nice to meet you too. Ummm you can sit it in the kitchen to your right." He seemed cool so I let it slide as I went out to help bring more food in after greeting my parents who were outside too. All settled in I formally introduced my parents to Giselle's parents.

"Mama, Pops this is Mr. Darnell Howard and  Mrs. Gina Howard Giselle's parents."

"Hey nice to finally meet you all. I'm Jeanine and this is Gregory my husband. I love your daughter she's such a sweetheart." My mother cheerfully said as Giselle was blushing by her compliments.
