Well to ME "Civilization" HERE (On Earth) is VERY Simple and Growth for "Humankind" to Become a "Advanced Civilization has STALLED.
"Everyone" is LIMITED, "EVERYONE" has been TRAPPED and STUCK in the SAME "Time Period".
