Chapter 8

Heyyy. So I felt bad because I haven't updated in a while so i thought I would update now. Here you go! :) ;)

Damon's POV:

This is the worst day of my life! I got to the house and the annoying Gilbert would not stop worrying about Emil. "Hey! Elena. Emilia is going to be fine. She's a big girl." I hear Stefan pull up. "Well if you don't believe me ask your boyfriend." The door opens and in comes Stefan with Serena, great! But he leaves the door open and in comes a smirking Emiliana. "Welcome home. But where the hell did you go." I poured two glasses of alcohol and gave one to Emilia.

"Thanks but I was fine and you would have been killed you idiot!" She gave me a disapproving look but takes the alcohol.

"So how come your back. I thought you had gone." I tried to hide my hurt but I think she noticed as well as Stefan.

I nodded my head looking disappointed. "Anyway guys." Thank You Stefan. "How did you get out Em? I thought someone took you." Good point Stefan. We all look at Emiliana expectantly. She sighs.

"I best just tell you now. Get comfy it's a long story.-" 

"It was her friend who helped her escape." Stupid Serena how would she know?

"Oh uh. Yeah I was taken somewhere. There was a bang on a door and then I woke up in the forest near my house." Stefan did not believe her at all I will have to ask him later.

"Sure. Anyway I'm going to the Grill. Bye" With that I walked out of there. I don't believe Emilia right now. So I'm going to find out what happened. 

"Guy's I got a text." I love heightened senses. "Serena he's coming for us and-"

"Me." Why would he want Elena?

"Yea but also. He's on his way now. It's time to gather everyone. Except Damon. He can't know what I am going to do." What!? I will find out and I will get her to stay.

"Okay. But be careful no doubt Damon will be listening to our future conversations." Serena's right for once!

I listen for a while longer but I hear nothing. Guess they stopped talking. Time to go find out Emilia's past.

Emiliana's POV:

"Guy's I got a text." I felt it vibrate in my pocket. I pulled out my phone. Looks like I need a new number soon.

Silly girl. I knew Elijah would let you go to Serena and warn the doppelganger. I will get you soon and Serena. She is my child after all. Oh and the doppelganger.

I show everyone the text. I point to my mouth and my ear when Elena's about to say something. We talk a bit about the text and stuff but then I realise I could have put up a barrier.

Serena. You remember how to put up a sound blocking barrier right?

Of course I do. Is Damon outside?

Yea. That's why we need to put up the barrier.

Okay let's do it.

We say a few words under our breath. "Okay. Let's get started for real. Don't worry no one can hear us now. We put up a barrier." I sigh in relief know Damon is gone.

"You guys need to know why we can here." I look at Serena who is nodding her head at me. I nod and groan knowing they will hate us.

"Alright. Before we start. will you guys hate us because of what we have done? It's pretty bad and know we only do it if we have to. Hold questions until the end." They nod at us so we can start.
