I'm interested in her. He brought me to his lab in hopes I'd be able to help him with his "anomaly". He rushed me into his lab where there was a clear glass that allowed him to look into the experiment room, but this room was different. There was a bed in the top left corner, a nightstand, wrapped sandwiches lying on top of the bed, and what I assume to be a bathroom (because it was a separate room). Then, my eyes came across a girl. A girl that could be no older than 8 years old inside the experiment room. I giggled a little. This was the experiment that he called an "anomaly"? He told me to just watch. The girl walked towards a punching bag towards the middle of the room and began to practice fighting. Her strength, it was unnatural. Her kicks left permanent dents in the punching bag, which was practically impossible because it was made of sand. So did her punches.

"How old is she?" I asked.

"7. 7 years old." he responded.

"Only 7 and she's doing this type of damage? Possesses this much strength?" I ask, shocked. He nods.

"$%#@!&, this is an unnatural amount of strength. Much more than a Humaveran's or Angelikan's. And her speed. She's unnaturally fast." I state.

"I know. Settle down though, you haven't even seen the weirdest part yet." he comments. We watch her for a little bit longer, then the girl's hazel eyes turn gold. Her speed and strength increase significantly and a few minutes later, her ears start to change. Her ears turn into elf ears. She grows a tail—a fox's tail. When she strikes the punching bag, she gives it a huge gash mark in the front. Then, she rests her hand on the punching bag and tries to catch her breath. Her hand glows and slowly, the glow seeps onto the punching bag. When she removes her hand, the punching bag is fixed. Amazing. This girl....she really is an anomaly. Then, she starts to train again. I've never seen anything like it. She really defines the word anomaly.

"Well, we've escaped. Won't my mother kill you for leaving the house?" Yavara question.

"Probably. Imagine how bad for her it'll be if people find out that Amerivans are still alive. Well, that won't necessarily be bad. What'll be bad is if someone finds out I'm related to her and I'm Amerivan. Then, they'll start wondering if—" I stop talking as we approach a woman with a pair of sunglasses on, a yellow shirt, and jeans. She eyes me as two children—one boy one girl—jump excitedly by her side. I grab Yavara's arm and hurry us down the street and make a few turns before we continue talking.

"She's a Hearer. She was trying to eavesdrop on us." I explain. Relvin and Verlynn come running down the street.

***NOTE: A HEARER IS SOMEONE WITH AMAZING HEARING. THEY ARE CONSIDERED HUMAN***

"Why'd you guys take off running?" Relvin asks. We don't answer.

"Anyways, they'll start wondering if she's Amerivan and all this drama'll start. The last thing she needs is another distraction. More experiments. More tests...." I finish.

"Wait, more experiments?" Yavara questions.

"What? I didn't say that. It's nothing. I'm just curious about something and I said it aloud. Y'know, I can tell you still don't believe me. Still don't trust me. Just like you still don't trust Verlynn. I find that a little funny though. You don't trust her but trust your new friends way more." I say. Yavara stays quiet for a bit.

"I can't trust Verlynn because she seems like the type to snitch. If I said yes when she asked me if I was Humaveran, she would've told everyone and I'd die. Drama doesn't end after I die, though. Now my family would be stuck in this hole forever. The funny thing'll be is that they find out I was human. The reason I trust them more is because they look like they have a secret of their own. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but we share a dorm. The whole reason we share a dorm is because she wanted to find out if I'm Humaveran so she can go back to being the strongest even though that wouldn't work." Yavara replies quietly.
