Joan's POV
"Don't take the umbrella." Noah orders standing at the door step.
"Why not?" I question.
"You can't have fun in the rain with an umbrella. Now wait here. I'll come quickly." He says and jogs off into the rain.
I lock the door from outside and wait on the steps. A motorbike stops at the road. The driver removes him helmet revealing a familiar face.
"Come on whisper!" The guy shouts waving his hand.
"Holy shit! This guy is unbelievable!" But still I run to him. I'm all wet by the time I reach the bike.
"Who's is this?" I ask with wide eyes.
"My own precious little thing." He says with pride.
"Isn't it dangerous to ride this in the rain?" I raise my voice a bit so that he can hear.
"What's the point in living a life without risks? I promise you whisper once you hop on this baby you'll never wanna get down." He says confidently.
Jo turn and run to the house and lock yourself up. This guy is crazy. My inner voice advises me.
But once again I choose to ignore it hopping on to the bike.
"Where is the helmet?" I ask cautiously.
"We don't need a helmet whisper." He says looking at me through the side mirror.
"Helmets keep people safe." I say sternly.
"Today we are so not gonna be safe." He chuckles kicking the engine start.
I instantly wrap my hands around his body and burry my face in his Jacket.
"You're missing the show whisper." He shouts over the loud sound of the bike and rain.
I slowly lift my head and open my eyes. The wind blows through my braided hair making the small strands fall on my wet face.
I leave my grip on Noah and stretch my hand. "This is life." I think to myself.
I part my lips tasting the rain drops.
"Try screaming!" Noah shouts.
"Woooooohoooo" I scream at the top of my lungs. Whoa that feels good .
"I'm the king of the world!!" Noah screams making me laugh.
We ride for a while till the rain gets really heavy that Noah has trouble seeing the road.
He parks the bike near a huge tree and helps me get down.
"Come on." He says getting a hold on my wrist.
Noah gently pushes me to the bark of the tree while he stands in front of me running his fingers through the wet hair.
I badly wanna touch his hair. Thinking I might loose control I look away biting my bottom lip.
