Joan's POV

"I thought we were going in your car." I say staring at his motorbike.

"Me? Taking you out on our first date in a car? Hell no!"

I sigh. "Boy you'll never change."

I hop onto the backseat pressing my body tightly against his shoulder.

"Ready whisper?" He asks.

"Born ready for this day." I reply snaking my arm around his waist.

He kick starts the engine and speed off , causing me to scoot closer to his body. For a while, I rest my head on his back, closing my eyes, feeling calm and happy.

I open my eyes and stretch out my hands welcoming the cold night wind.  I smile on recollecting the memories and time I spent with Noah.

I can't hold it any longer. I've got to tell him that I love him. I gather all my courage and call out his name.

"Noah?"

"Ya!" He screams over the sound of the engine.

"I lov-"

A sudden bright light from the opposite direction causes me to shut my eyes tightly before I fall on to the road hitting my head.

Noah's POV

"Noah?" Joan calls me.

"Ya!" I shout so that she can hear my voice over the loud engine.

"I lov-"

The color from my face drains off as a truck appears opposite to my bike leaving me with no escape route to turn to. I turn the bike harshly causing it to fall roughly. The sound of screeching tires hit my ears. But it was too late for me to do anything.

People say that when you're about to die your whole life flashes before your eyes.  But the only thing that fills up my eyes and mind is whisper. My life.

Joan's POV

I open my eyes with great difficulty. Looking around I see the bike laying a few feet away. I feel a pain surge through my body as I try to move.

"Whi-ss-per." I hear a painful voice coming from my side.

I look over to find Noah covered in blood. His eyes glazing with tears he's holding back. I crawl over to him. Every movement causing me immense pain. Killing me slowly.

I cup Noah's face in the palm of my hand. "N-Noah."

" I-I wa-nt  to t-tell...aaagh" He groans in pain and anger at not being able to talk.

"Noah. D-dont talk. Sa-ve  y-your breath." I croak out.

He places his hand on my right cheek and caresses my lips with his thumb.

"Shh-h whisper. I-I have to tell t-this now."
He takes in deep breath and looks me in the eye. "I love you whisper." He breaths out giving me a final smile before his hands leave my cheek, falling over to the side of his body.

"Noah! No! Please Noah. Don't leave me." I cry.

"Noah I need you." I whisper to his ears, tears falling from my eyes to his face.  I sob onto his body uncontrollably.

Noah once told me that love is a crazy thing. And he was right. Or else why would I give up my perfect life, my parents, my friends, my family, my future and so everything just to be with a guy who taught me to live and love.

I place my lips on Noah's lifeless cold ones and whisper. "I love you Noah."  I take one last look at my love, my handsome adventure, before welcoming death.

Pain surges through my whole body as I give up fighting and draw in my last breath, my lips on Noah's, for now and forever.
