eric paced his hotel room, running his hands through his hair before stopping and throwing the closest thing to him, which happened to be a lamp. "you're going to have to pay for that you know" cris said with a muffled laugh.

the man looked over at her with a glare so harsh she flinched, "so she hasn't called you since that day?"

the girl shook her head, "she sent me a text that said she was fine and then one that said i love you, then nothing." eric sat on the blood red couch and put his head in his hands, rubbing his face slowly. cris sat on the edge of his bed, "why are you so worried about my sister?"

"i'm not."

"are so."

"am not."

"are so."

eric used his speed to get in front of the girl, his glare now ten times more menacing. "i am worried about godric only."

"then why do you care if hadley is missing?" she asked, her breathing was shaky and she leaned back.

eric stood up straight and began pacing again, "because she is godric's and for some reason he has found her nonstop talking attractive, he loves her."

"i could've told you that."

the man rolled his eyes, letting out a very loud groan as he grabbed his face. "don't you ever shut up?" cris shook her head, a proud smile on her face. "great."

cris suddenly stood from the bed, her eyes wide. "she's drank godric's blood! he can sense if she's in danger!"

"yes well so can bill and he hasn't run off to sookie so that's irrelevant." cris tried to speak again but eric cut her off, "it doesn't matter?" he screamed "godric isn't foolish enough to risk his life for some human!"

"some human?" cris scoffed, "that human has spent a year with godric, dealing with hate from others and whatever shit he had to take care of. she has been loyal to him and never once doubted his descisions." the girl had tears dropping down her cheeks, "that human told off isabel and stan for doubting you and your faithfulness to godric, twice! so don't you dare think she is just some human, and that her life is worth nothing."

eric didn't know what to say, he hadn't made the effort to understand how hadley felt about godric's disappearance, how she truly felt. he looked at the young woman with apologetic eyes, "i didn't know. i'm sorry, cris."

"you fucking should be."
