cris love was back at eric's hotel room, her hair a mess and the bags under her eyes much more prominent than before. eric sat at the edge of his bed while the woman paced back and forth, occasionally spitting out an idea  on how they could storm the church.

"what if we got werewolves and-"

"no." eric said boredly, picking at the dried blood that was underneath his fingernails. cris threw her hands in the air dramatically, making the man let out a quiet chuckle.

"do you find my pain humorous?" she questioned.

"yes, very much so."

"oh," she sarcastically said "thank the heavens that you're having a grand ole time while my sister is missing!" eric rolled his eyes, the action not going unnoticed by the youngest love sister.

eric watched her pace for a few more minutes before he got up and grabbed her shoulder, forcing her to stop. "you're making me dizzy, stop." cris obliged and sat down on the long table placed behind the couch. "have you eaten anything?"

the blonde shook her head and eric walked over to the mini fridge, pulling out a small microwave dinner for her. as it heated up cris observed him with shocked eyes, the man only stared at the food in the microwave. "what's your deal?"

eric shrugged his shoulders and took the food out of the microwave, peeling back the film and grabbing a plastic forks before handing it over. "i don't have a deal, let that cool."

cris nodded and set the food next to her, "why exactly are you this worked up about godric? i don't really understand too much vampire stuff."

"he's my maker, he's the one that made me a vampire. i suppose in the human world it would be like a parent, except the bond is much stronger." cris nodded along as he spoke, but before she could say anything back a voice from outside the room sounded.

"tell him sookie stackhouse and hadley love are in the basement of the fellowship of the sun church. she said the sheriff's there and they're in some kind of trouble."

eric rushed out of the room, leaving cris alone with the heated up chicken fingers next to her wondering what just happened. the girl shook her head and began eating her food, wincing whenever it burned her tongue.

"dickhead." she muttered.
