It was Monday morning. I laid in bed and rolled over to grab my phone off the night stand and unplugged it from the charger.

I picked it up and went and checked the few messages that I had.

Marie❤️: im sorry Kyrie, please let me explain.

Corey👫❤️: good morning babe. im taking you to breakfast and school this morning be ready in 45 minutes.

Nesha: let's meet before 2nd period today.

I replied to the messages before getting out of bed.

Me to Corey👫❤️: okay, babe.

me to Nesha: okay.

I put my phone back on the nightstand, on the charger and climbed out of the bed, and stretched. I thought to myself what I would wear. I decided to think about it while I went to the bathroom and did my morning routine.

After about 20 minutes, my hair was done, teeth brushed and face washed. I decided to go with something simple. I put a black scarf on my head and made it into a turban. I went with a black and white striped dress, with a metallic silver, white, and black tennis shoes, a silver watch with some studs earrings.

I grabbed my phone again off the nightstand and I shot Corey a message

I grabbed my phone again off the nightstand and I shot Corey a message.

Me: I'm ready babe. You can be otw.

Corey👫❤️: okay. call you when im outside.

I grabbed my purse and through my phone in there; and walked out of my room.

I went into my parents room to say my goodbyes to them but when i open the door the room was empty so they had already left for work.

I left out their room, and walked in the living room to sit on the couch until Corey got here.

I took my phone out of my purse and went to the Facebook app, to lurk my TL while I waited on Corey.

After scrolling for about 10 minutes, my scrolling was interrupted when a call popped up. It was Corey, and instead of answering it, I just left outta the house, locked the door, and walked to his car.

I opened the door and before I could speak, Corey did.

"Good morning babe. You're looking extravagant this morning." He said.

I blushed. "Thanks babe, and thanks for picking me up this morning for breakfast." I said.

He rolled his eyes. "It's nothing to a G, baby girl."

He drove off, and for the rest of the ride to Waffle House we held hands and rode in comfortable silence.

We made it Waffle House, got out the car and walked in.
