When I woke up this morning, I heard a knock at the door. "Miss. Akari, the Prince wants me to escort you somewhere," I heard the servant say. "Ok, let me put my clothes on," I said and got my clothes on. "Rise n' Shine, Princess," Luna said yawning. "Oh, it's great to see you at this time in the morning..." I said sarcastically. She gave me a grin and I open the door and followed the servant to the Library. 'Oh god, not a library...' I thought and sweat came down my forehead. "What Princess, are books not your thing?" Luna asked. "N-No, this is just fine, it's just so overwhelming how huge it is..." I lied.
The servant left us and I guessed that we had to find Shirayuki and Obi. "Shirayuki? Obi? Are you guys around?" Luna asked. "Yes, we're up here!" Shirayuki said with that smile. We went up the stairs to go join them. Shirayuki and Raji were reading books while me and Luna were exploring the library. "So Princess, what do you think of Tanbarun so far?" Luna asked. "It's just great..." I answered while for a book to read. "Do you think Mitsuhide is doing what you asked?" She asked. "Well," I said while taking a book from the shelf, "I think he's doing just fine," I finished with a smile. "What about Kazuki?" She asked. "... I hope he doesn't know that we're here..." I said while my expression changed to something not good.
"Princess, I don't think you enjoy books," She said. "I know, I'm just trying to find something to do, ok!? Why so many annoying questions?!" I asked frustrated. "My god, now your sound like Raji. I only asked 3 questions, that's not much," she said. "I'm just frustrated about the kid trying to kidnap Shirayuki. It scares the hell outta me," I said looking out the window. "Well, she's your sister after all. I get why you're worried," Luna said. "Ok, why did Mihaya describe Kazuki like a "pretty boy"? Obi said he was a "very pretty boy"," I chuckled a little. "Oh gosh," She said and facepalmed. Then she formed a smile, "Are you interested?" She asked with a smirk. "N-No, he's like 13 or 14! How can I think of such things like that!?" I asked. "I'm messing with you, Akari," She laughed.
We stayed in the library till night and I went back to my room, "Look at the moon tonight," I said. "Yeah, tomorrow it'll be full," Luna said. "Perfect, tomorrow's the ball, I think..." I said. "Nah, it's in 2 days, wait- it's tomorrow," she said. "So I was right," I rubbed in. "Heh, you're funny," She said sarcastically. "Wait, you're right about the 2 days," I said. "I was? Haha," She said. "Wh-Whatever! Laugh all you want!" I said and went to sleep and Luna went to her own room.
We went to the library again... 'Well, this will be enjoyable...' I thought. "Well Princess, shall we go explore and look at different books?" Luna asked. "Yes, Let's look at books about... Romance..." I said and walked towards the Romance section. "The Princess is in love~," She said and walked beside me. "Shut the hell up," I said and blushed. "Your child with Mitsuhide is gonna be just like you," she said. "She will be the most generous- wait, a child with M-Mitsuhide?" I asked and blushed bright red. "A lot of thoughts went through your head, didn't they?" She asked. "... N-No... I don't think things l-like th-that..." I lied and tried to quickly find a book.
"I mean, you do LOVE MITSUHIDE and I don't blame you for thinking about that," She said and she said 'Love Mitsuhide' loudly. "Ok, this is too much, can you stop? This is all bullshit," I said and blushed even more red than the last time. "So, how many children do you think you'll have with him?" Luna asked. "I never thought of that, I don't like Mitsuhide like that..." I lied again. "Ok, you lied again, I know you like him," She said. "Did you talk to the other Princess's like this?" I asked. "Nope, they were already to the Celestial Princes," She said. "Why do you do this to me?" I asked. "Because you're the most interesting Princess I've met in my years of protecting them," she said. "Oh my gosh..." I said and just started reading my book.
The next day, on the day that I thought was the day of the ball, but it's the next day, we went to this garden and we were there for the whole morning till evening. "So Luna, can you tell me a story?" I asked while we were in the garden. "What kind of story, Princess?" Luna asked. "Well, dunno, any one of them is fine," I said. "Ok... Well, your aunt on your mother's side was the last princess, but when she had a baby, it was a boy, so the Goddess had one option to make your mom have you. When your mom had you, you were going to be the next Princess," She said. "O-Oh... Interesting. So who's my cousin?" I asked. "We never knew what his name was, it was always unknown to us," She said. "Oh, I see..." I said.
The next day was finally the ball. The maids were hoovering on me almost all day and it was uncomfortable I tell you. They put a blue, silver, and white sleeveless dress on me. They put a necklace around my neck and tied my hair up into a half up half down ponytail. They put some earrings on and a flower in my hair. The results were beautiful though. I went to Shirayuki's room without Luna. She was resting.

"Hello guys, how are you?" I asked. "H-Hey, Akari..." Shirayuki said. "You look great!" I said with a smile. "Th-Thanks, you do too," she said. Then we heard a knock at the door. "Mr. Obi, a letter has arrived from the 2nd Prince of Clairnes, it's very urgent," The servant said. Obi got the letter and started reading it, "You can't go, it's not safe for you to attend. Mihaya discovered some more news. They know that you're in Tanbarun and he has a companion. Mihaya said they were coming for you and your sister," and them the curtains of the balcony flew open. 'Wait, they're coming for me too!?' I thought. Obi blocked us both with his arm and appeared who I think was Kazuki. "Shirayuki, Akari, found you both," Kazuki said.
