Chapter 29

The next morning after the war, Luna came in my room to wake up. "Akari, wake up," She said. My eyes slowly opened and I saw Luna, "Good morning," I said and sat up. "Good morning, I brought you new clothes," Luna said and handed me the clothes. I got out of bed and started changing.

"Goddess Selene thinks there's gonna be no more war for a while, so she just gave this dress to give to you," She said. "I see. Tell her I said thank you," I said and Luna walked out of my room. I walked up to the mirror and stared at myself. "Do I deserve to be Princess?" I said and then I heard a knock at my door. "Akari, you in there?" I heard a familiar voice. "Come in," I said and turned from the mirror.

It was Prince Zen. "Hey Akari, let's go take a walk," He said and I nodded. Then, followed him out the door. "So, how are you and Shirayuki?" I asked. "I think we're doing good. How about you and Mitsuhide?" Zen asked. "I think we're doing great too," I answered. "Mitsuhide thinks the same," He mentioned. "That's good. I was hoping he thought that," I laughed a little. Zen chuckled, "He talks about you all the time. He loves you to death," He mentioned. I chuckled and I was lead to a room. I saw my sister in.

"Shirayuki," I said. "Akari, I found you this," she said and handed a moon rose. It was very beautiful, "Why are you giving me this?" I asked. "Because you've done so many great things!" She said with a smile. I smiled back, "Thank you, it's beautiful," I said. She gave me a nod, "So... Where's Mitsuhide?" She asked. "Uh..." I said and thought, 'I haven't even seen him yet."

"No idea," I said. "Oh ok. You guys are so cute together. It's been a while since you actually got to spend time with him. Maybe you should find him and ask to spend time," She mentioned. "Great idea," I said and ran out the door to find him. It took me a while to find him, but it was worth it. "Mitsuhide, I found you," I said. He turned around quickly, "Akari, I've been wanting to see you," He said and came up to me and kissed my forehead.

"Hey," I said. "I love you," He said and hugged me. Let blushed a little. "Let's spend sometime together. I wanted to for a while," I said. "Oh, what would we do though?" He asked. "I don't know," I said. "Let's take a walk then," He said and started hold my hand.

We walked into a garden full of moon roses. "It's so pretty, Mitsuhide. We should come here more often," I mentioned. "Yeah, I do too," He said. I smiled and we kept walking. "So... is there somewhere you wanted to take me?" I asked. "Look around you," He said. I looked around to realize that I was surrounded by moon roses forming into a heart. It was night time too and the roses glowed, it was so beautiful.

"Goddess Selene told me that she thought it was time for us to get married and I wanted to do something very special for us," He said. My eyes grew wide open. "No way, you did this for me? Thank you, it's beautiful!" I said with a smile. Mitsuhide got on his knee and pulled a ring out if his pocket. He started blushing. "It's been a while since we known each other and I think you're the one for me. Will you marry me?" He asked. I hugged him so tight, we actually fell. "Yes, and a million times more!" I said.

We got up and he said, "I love you," He leaned in to kiss me and after we kissed, I said, "I love you too," then I noticed a rustle in the bushes, and laughing too. Then Luna came out and got on the ground laughing. "Wha...?" I asked confused. "You were watching us?" Mitsuhide asked. "Uh, yup," Obi said scratching his head casually. "You ruined it!" Zen said. "They were done with love stuff anyway," Kiki mentioned.

"We did witness them kissing," Obi said, "Mind giving it it a try, Luna?" And then Luna stopped laughing and her face turned red, "What do ya mean, Obi?" She asked. "Oh, you know. Where our lips touched each others," He said with a smirk. Then she ran away. "Is there something we should know?" Zen asked. "Me and Luna are together," Obi said. "Ooohh..." Everyone said in an awe. "You should go get a room, you two," I said. "I am," He said with with a smirk.

"Ok, did not except thay answer!" I said. "Too much info, jeez..." Zen said rolling his eyes. "Hey, she's my fiancé. It's ok to spice things up in the-" Obi wasn't able to finish his sentence since Zen knew what he was going to say next. "Hey, woah there, violence is not the answer," Obi said. "Would ya shit your mouth, my god!" Zen said. "Zen, you're very pissed today, is something wrong?" Obi asked. "It's you!" He said and grabbed him by the ear and dragged him away. "What a day..." I said.
