The bond between them

It has been nearly 10years since Sesshomaru had taken in the hanyou. Inuyasha is now in his mid-teens and there is a little surprise that he wasn't expecting :o plz vote,comment and review! Thx!! THIS DOES HAVE BROTHERLY LOVE IN THIS CHAPTER.

"Dammit!" Inuyasha growled with frustration as he sensed Sesshomaru drawing nearer to his position. Leaping to tree to tree Inuyasha flew elegantly as his feet lightly touch the tree's branch before jumping off, thinking he was in a safe position away from his older brother Inuyasha stopped, panting but it wasn't long before another pair of golden eyes spotted him from above. "There you are!" a deep voice growled . Inuyasha spun around to meet golden eyes and he gasped when something big and strong crashed into him, sending him and his attacker towards the forest floor.

"Argh!" Inuyasha groaned as he landed roughly on his back but before he could recover the hanyou felt something heavy sit on him, honey-colored orbs flung open to see Sesshomaru smirking "Get off" Inuyasha grunted but Sesshomaru's smirk quickly changed into a frown his eyes harden "You never turn your back on an enemy you idiot" Sesshomaru scolded gently whacking the hanyou on his head Inuyasha rolled his eyes "Feh I have heard that so many times" Inuyasha replied. A low rumbling interrupted the brothers's conversation Inuyasha blushed "It sounds like someone hungry" Sesshomaru said finally getting off the hanyou, inuyasha quickly scrambled to his feet "Well, what are we waiting for? Come on!" Inuyasha dashed into the undergrowth while Sesshomaru smiled, his little brother was always excited when food was nearby.

Out of the corner of his eye, Sesshomaru watched as Inuyasha tried to pick up the rice with the chopstick but somehow the rice either landed on his clothes or on the floor, the hanyou couldn't get the rice to his mouth. "Dammit!" Inuyasha muttered dropping the chopsticks which made a clank when they came in contact with the bowl "I'm actually not that hungry" Inuyasha murmured standing up, Sesshomaru narrowed his eyes, he hated it when Inuyasha tries to lie "Your an awful liar" Sesshomaru said Inuyasha looked at daiyokai "I'm not lying!" he protested weakly.

"Oh really?" came the reply

"Yes!"

"If your not going to eat then, I'll do the same"

Inuyasha eyes widened while protests came from all the servants in the room "No milord! You must eat!" one maid cried, "Your not fat!" another said earning herself a glare but one protest stood out from the rest "Don't be an idiot! Your a full demon! You have to eat!" Inuyasha exclaimed Sesshomaru shook his head "Only if you will" he replied Inuyasha thought he saw an unfamiliar emotion flash in those eyes when Sesshomaru said that.

In a blink of an eye Inuyasha found himself sitting on his older brother's lap "Eh?" was the only thing Inuyasha could say before a spoon was shoved unceremoniously into his mouth "Eat it or...." Sesshomaru's demand trailed off "Or what?" Inuyasha asked between mouthfuls "I'll kiss you" came the answer, Inuyasha nearly choked on his rice "YOU WILL WHAT!" Inuyasha was lost for words and not to mention utterly shocked. Did Sesshomaru say he would kiss him!? A half-demon like him!? "No you won't" Inuyasha said stubbornly turning away "Im not good enough for you" Sesshomaru eyes darkened at those words, grabbing his little brother's chin forcing Inuyasha to look up into those golden eyes the hanyou saw anger "Don't you dare say those word" the daiyokai growled making Inuyasha flinched "But it's true-" the boy was cut off when he felt something warm pressed against his lips.

Oh god! Sesshomaru was actually kissing him! The daiyokai meant every word, Inuyasha tried to push the elder demon away but soon discovered that his hands were in a firm hold behind his back. The kiss only lasted for a minute before Sesshomaru pulled away, smirking at the expression on his little brother's face Inuyasha opened his mouth to say something, anything but again a spoon full of rice was shoved into his mouth

"You win" the hanyou admitted to Sesshomaru's delight

Inuyasha sighed as the sun warmed his face. He was still confused about what had happened a few minutes ago, Sesshomaru had kiss him which was really unexpected but the daiyokai soon left, leaving him in the dinning hall, so here he was sitting in the royal garden lost in thought, looking down Inuyasha watched as a orange koi elegantly swam pass in the pond the waterlilies gently swayed at the movement "Hmph" was all the hanyou could say before leaning back yet his back came in contact with a very solid chest and arms wrapped around him brining him into a tight embrace.

Sesshomaru's POV

Why did I kiss him? I only meant it as a joke yet I still did it, "I bet he going to hate me now" I muttered walking back and forth in my room "Best thing I can do is to apologise for my actions" I said aloud stalking out of the room I soon tracked him down at the gardens, he hasn't been there since he was little and I soon quicken my pace.

Looking around, my heat sank when I couldn't see him "Milord, the hanyou is next to the koi pond" one of the gardeners said pointing in the direction of where my little brother was "Thank you" I said, finally I saw him, he looked so sad and lonely and for a second I thought I made the wrong decision but I, Sesshomaru must say sorry for my actions. I was quite surprised when the hanyou didn't look up, he continued to stare blankly at the pond. I watched as he leaned back and I gently rested him on my chest, my arms wrapped around his smaller body "I'm sorry" I whispered into his dog-like ears.

Inuyasha's POV

My heart was pounding in my ears as I felt Sesshomaru's breath on my ear "You didn't have to-" his finger pressed against my pink lips and I fought the urge to lick it "No don't say anything" Sesshomaru murmured tighting the embrace I managed to face him and I smiled. "To tell you the truth, I...have admired you ever since I was little" I said quietly "Your fighting skills are improving yet you must focused on your reflexes" Sesshomaru said resting his chin in my white hair "I'm trying my best" I repiled letting my body relax "Yes you are" came the soft reply and without any warning, his lips were pressed against mine.

I closed my eyes as Sesshomaru's scent washed over me, it made feel safe and loved. This time the kiss lasted longer than the pervious one I couldn't help myself but kiss him back.

Finally pulling back, Sesshomaru smiled, nudging his nose into his younger brother soft, white hair "You smell wonderful covered in my scent" he purred Inuyasha rolled his eyes "Maybe the reason is because you been hugging for the last few minutes" Inuyasha said making Sesshomarus smile but this time a real genuine smile that could only be his own "You love me right?" Inuyasha's voice held a hint of uncertainy but Sesshomaru looked right into Inuyaha's golden eyes showing him that he was been honest.

"I love you more than you'll ever know, little brother"
