Chapter 23

Yoongi

I stabbed one fried bacon from her share of fried bacon pieces with my fork and put it into my mouth, I made a cheeky face at Han HeeRa and she yelled in compliant. "I wanted to eat that!! Why do you have to take it away??"

I chewed the bacon in my mouth as I made a cheeky facial expression at her. "What?? Since when it's your bacon, it is my bacon because I have eaten it and it is not your bacon." I said to her emphasising the 'Your' and she cutely pouted in return. And you are mine as well...

"Oppa, can you not tease HeeRa all the time?? Leave her alone." My younger sister scolded me and I nearly gave her the middle finger when both of my parents are still around eating their breakfast, I would act very normal when they are around, never curse a single vulgarity in front of him, being the nicest son that they get had.

"Don't you flash me the middle finger..." Min YoonJi warned me and my mother looked up at me, staring straight at my soul.

"Why would I do that?? That is totally not my character." I defended myself fully knowing that my mother wouldn't believe YoonJi's nonsense which is actually true, I showed her the middle finger all the time.

"Right... YoonJi, don't bully your brother so much and especially when HeeRa ssi is here with us." My mother replied which made me a little relieved. "Focus on your studies, you need to be at the 50th placing at least. Your brother is at the 1st placing so why can't you??"

I mouthed 'Babo' to her and not Han HeeRa who just stared at me doing that to my younger sister. She is far dumber than my younger sister, I admit that but I chose this idiot to love so I'm now the idiot.

My father cleared his throat. "Quickly finish your breakfast, Yoongi and HeeRa. Don't you guys have to hurry  to get to Jeju before dinner time??"

I took my plate to the sink and HeeRa was done as well, we touched hands for one short moment, short enough that no one would know that we are dating. Since the day I confessed, we have managed to keep mum about what happened that day and went on our daily lives with me teasing her as usual and just being in the relationship that we were always in.

If we were to tell anyone about it all hell will break loose and chaos would be everywhere, my friends will freak out and tell the whole campus about it and her friends would do the same as well. It would be even faster since one of them is my blood-related younger sister and she has a really big mouth, she just couldn't resist telling a lie, especially gossips.

She blushed and I cleared my throat as I was doing the same, I don't care blush and it is a weird feeling to blush. Why do we humans even blush when we are shy?? It makes our faces so red and it is not like an instant thing, we stay red-faced for at least a few minutes and by the time everyone would know that we were blushing.

I went to my room to get my stuff and I heard YoonJi in the next room asking HeeRa if she could come with us, it doesn't seem that I have to be there but I have to be there. To avoid Min YoonJi from forcing Han HeeRa that she has to come along with us.

I feel that I am going to hit the wall really soon if I keep backing away from her and I stop her by placing my hands on her shoulders. "Stop!! I can't breathe if you keep doing that."

She whined. "But I really want to go, pretty please... You say that your house is a bed and breakfast and your parents are okay with me staying there for free since I'm your friend." She added.

Min Yoongi told me to never allow YoonJi to tag along no matter what, the consequences would be dire, he said. No matter what, I cannot allow her to be with us for the next one week. The reason?? We are dating each other. Secretly. No one can know about our relationship.

Why can't we tell anyone about it?? The person pestering me right now to allow her to stay at the same bed-and-breakfast is the best example of why I and Min Yoongi can't reveal that we are together.

"I know but don't you want to stay in Daegu for another week before school starts?? Don't you miss your parents??" Please say that you don't want to go with us...

"But I want to stay with you in Jeju island, I don't care about my brother but you." She continued. "Plus, you can be my tour guide there."

"But--" The door opened and he appeared behind it, looking stern and all. "Appa and Omma want you to tag along with them to Busan, they had a delivery and wants you to help them."

YoonJi pouted. "Why me?? You know that I'm bad at directions and--"

"I had no choice, I have to go to Jeju this week as what I have been told. Since she has stayed at our house for one week then I have to do the same to be fair."

"But I want to go with HeeRa!!" She insisted. "And I thought that you don't follow the rules. Why are you--" He pushed his younger sister out of the room and shut the door. "Yah!! I'm not done with you, Min Yoongi!!" She yelled and he had a smile on his face.

"Mission accomplished..." He said with the weirdest smile that I have ever seen and that is not a smile that you have done something right.
