Percy

Percy let his eyelids fall open. It was near sunrise, but he didn't want to wake up Nico. Nor, did he want to leave for school, and have him not be there when he got back. Percy quickly, and quietly peeled the letterman jacket that was already loosely hugging the boy, and bridal style picked up Nico, who was surprisingly light, and carried him into his bedroom. The only light was the slowly rising sun, and the lamp cascading a small glow into the room. Percy set the boy down taking his jeans off, and pulled a blanket over his pale frame. He decided once Nico woke up he wouldn't want to wake up to skinny jeans chaffing his inner thighs. Plus, Percy had already seen this vulnerable side of Nico before, so he thought he would be okay. "Percy?" Sally said lightly knocking and cracking the door open. "Morning mom, careful though Nicos still sleeping." He looked over to the boy his eyes light, and face displaying innocence. "Okay, you think you can handle school today?" Percy just shrugged his shoulders. To get out of this situation Percy knew he couldn't lie, so bending the truth was the best option. "Well, on our way home Nico fell sick, and so I thought it be okay if him and I could stay home so I can watch him," Percy whispered devising to add something on the end, "If he wakes up, and doesn't have a fever I'll take him to straight to school." Sally knew Percy was lying, but she loved him so much, and she knew Percy wanted to spend time with this boy. "Alright, but try not to get in trouble when you go tomorrow." Percy smiled and nodded his head. "Okay, I'll call the school your both off sick, I love you," She whispered kissing his head. "Love you too," and the door clicked shut. Percy closed the curtains, stripped himself of his excess clothes, and slid into the soft sheets. When he turned over Nico was facing him eyes disturbed. He could tell Nicos dream was bothering him. Percy did all he could and wrapped his arms around the boy playing with his hair whispering things like it'll be okay, you can get through this, it's just a dream, your gonna be okay. Nicos body soon relaxed.
Moments later Nicos eyes fluttered open to find Percy's arms wrapped around his waist. He was still awake, and felt Nico shift. "Are you okay?" Nice smiled and nodded. "It was a bit stressful, but you being here helped." Percy smiled back thankful to see anything, but a frown on that face, and because he was close to Nico. "Percy? Can I say something it might be a bit weird." Percy nodded slowly, but eagerly. "I think whenever you hold me I don't have nightmares." The two boys both turned a shade of pink. Percy blinked it off and was soon too respond. "Then I guess I'm just going to always hold you whenever we share a bed, so you don't have to go through the shit of nightmares. I don't want you to go through that." Nicos pink tint turned into a red hue, but he nodded. He buried his face into Percy's muscles chest, but before he could fall asleep he whispered, "Thank you," Then Nicos mind drifted into a happy dream.
