Time travel really kills my brain, because if your future self visits you then you grow into your future self and visit your past self because you are now your future self and your past self is what you were before and your future self visited your past self and now you are your future self so you visit your past self and your past self grows into your future self and your future self visits your past self and now your past self is your future self and the cycle keeps going so wouldn't there be infinite copies of you?
