"Alyyyyyyyy!"

"Ano ba yan, Mela? Parang ilang taon hindi nagkita ah," Alyssa said as she hugged her friend from UST.

"Nakakainis ka! You didn't play for us after highschool, tapos malalaman namin you'll be playing for Ateneo. Pahihirapan mo pa kami!" said Mela, hitting Aly's shoulder.

"Hoy Kim! Pagsabihan mo nga itong girlfriend mong sadista. Anyway, wala lang talaga akong choice. Si lolo na nagdecide. Uy, happy birthday pala," greeted Aly, handing her gift to Mela.

Inakbayan naman ni Kim ang girlfriend. "Okay nga na maglalaro si Baldo. Magkakatapat tapat tayo."

"And kami lang din naman maghaharap sa finals niyan," sabi ni Mika at nakipag-appear pa kay Ara.

"Uhm, baka nasa UST po kayo ano? Baka di kayo makalabas ng buhay," Jessey said.

"Ehem. May taga-NU din dito," Dindin added.

"Tama na yang topic na yan. Birthday ni Mela, volleyball pa din ang topic? Mag-enjoy na lang tayo," Aly suggested.

"By the way, Aly, I'll introduce you to my teammates," Mela said and she grabbed Aly's hand.

"Hi! I'm Alyssa. Former UST player," sabi ni Aly. She's offering her hand sa huling taong pinakilala ni Mela.

"Uhm, okay ka lang?" Aly asked the girl. Nakatulala lang kasi sa kanya.

Mela nudged her friend. Para namang natauhan ito.

"Sorry. I'm Tricia. Tricia Santos," she said and shooked hands with Aly.

Inakbayan ito ni Mela at sinabi kay Aly na, "Sorry, Ly. Idol ka kasi nito. You caught her in starstruck awe." This caused Tricia to blush.

"Okay lang. Nice to meet you, Tricia." Aly smiled at her. Tricia just smiled back, though she can't look at Aly directly.

"Tara na! Let's party!" shouted the birthday girl.

"Besh! Bangon na!" said Den while hitting Aly with a pillow.

"Ano ba yan, Dennise? Natutulog yung tao!"

"Morning ang practice today, remember? Ang hirap naman kasi magpaparty sa gabi tapos hindi makagising sa umaga."

"Oo na. Ito na babangon na! Kailangan manermon pa e," said the irate Aly.

"Grabe. Concerned lang ako sayo. Ikaw din. You know what happens to latecomers di ba."

"Sige na. Thank you, Besh. But you didn't have to wake me up using this." Aly hit Den with a pillow playfully. Sinakyan naman ni Den ang trip nito and they are now having a pillow fight.

Someone then barged in. "Wow ha. Ang saya niyo lang. Parang walang oras na hinahabol." It was Ella.

"Ay oo nga pala! Mag-aayos na ko, Besh" said Aly. Humabol pa ng hampas ng unan kay Den.

"Buwisit ka!" hinabol ni Den ng hampas si Aly. Both of them are just laughing.

"Ano yang besh besh na yan? This is new," commented Ella. Her arms across her chest.

Aly approached Ella and hugged her. "Huwag ka magselos ha. Kasi Besh na din tayo."

"Sige na nga. I'll give you the opportunity of having the magnificent Ella de Jesus as your bestfriend," Ella said proudly.
