When Denden woke up, she immediately looked at the couch in her room. She heaved a sigh and said, "Buti naman wala na siya."

She's about to go back to sleep when her phone started ringing. Hindi na niya tinignan kung sino ang tumatawag. "Hello," Den said.

"Hey baby. Missed me?" It's Aly.

"Asa. Sige na, Aly. You're disturbing my peace."

"Sungit naman ang aga-aga. Punta ka dito sa bahay. Pagsilbihan mo naman yung future wife mo," said Aly.

"I see that you're still not sober. Try mo magkape para mahimasmasan ka," sagot ni Den.

Aly just laughed and said, "My head's clear, darling. I'm telling you to come here right now and pamper me with your love."

"Nang-iinis ka ba? Kasi if you are, it isn't working. You know who's calling the shots in this relationship. And I'm absolutely sure it isn't you," pagmamayabang ni Den.

"I wouldn't be that cocky if I were you. Iyan ang pagkakamali mo. You became too lax. Kaya news flash, I'm holding the rein now."

Inaantok pa si Den at ayaw na niyang humaba pa ang usapan, so she just rolled her eyes and said, "Ulol." She then hung up the call.

Nakapikit na si Den ng tumunog ang phone niya. It's an email notification.

Dear Future Wife,

I know diplomacy won't work on you. Mabait naman ako. Pero hindi talaga ako sanay magpaunder. Kaya I'm making sure that after you read this email, ikaw na ang magiging masunurin.

Ding Dong!

Aly opened the door and smiled when she saw the person she's waiting for.

"Tagal natin, baby ah. Nagpaganda ka pa talaga for me," pang-aasar ni Aly.

Nakasimangot lang si Den at dirediretsong pumasok sa loob. Nakita naman siya ni Mama Lita.

"Den hija. I'm glad you're here. I'm happy that both of you are making an effort to get to know each other better," sabi ni Lita habang bumebeso kay Den.

"Good morning, Tita." Iyon na lang ang nasabi ni Den.

"Mama. Sabi ko Mama di ba," said Lita smiling.

"Sorry po, Ma," sagot na lang ni Den.

Sumingit naman ni Aly, "Sweet niya ano ma? Umeffort pa para makita ako. Pa-hug nga, baby."

Nanatiling nakatayo si Den. Pinanlakihan naman siya ng mata ni Aly at nakuha na niya ibig sabihin noon. She reluctantly hugged Aly.

"Ang sweet niya nga anak. You're lucky to have Den. O siya, maiwan ko muna kayo. Will just check my garden," said Lita.

Pagkalabas ni Mama Lita, pinagkukurot ni Den ang likod ni Aly habang nakayakap siya dito.

"A-aray! Aray!"
