Months passed and ganoon pa din. Not much has changed. Andre is still pursuing Den, Aly's still courting Trish. Since both Aly and Den are living in the same dorm, hindi na rin masyadong kinamusta ng mga pamilya nila ang relasyon nila. The last they've seen them, they did great in acting so medyo panatag naman ang both sides.

They are now at the opening of the volleyball event for the UAAP. The first game is between the DLSU Lady Spikers and the FEU Lady Tamaraws. Eventually, La Salle got the victory in three-set fashion.

Next game would be between the Ateneo Lady Eagles and the UST Golden Tigresses. ADMU is very much excited to unleash their new ace, Alyssa Valdez. Todo suporta sa kanya ang Ateneo community.

Nonetheless, when they hit the court for the warm-up, there are some boos and jeers from the Yellow Side. Well, they are disappointed that Aly couldn't play for them.

"Ang putla mo. You nervous?" asked Mika who was just leaving the court with her teammates.

"N-No. Of course not," answered Aly.

"Well, ako hindi kakabahan kung ganyan karami ang sumusuporta sa akin. Pero at the same time, I will also get affected by the bashers," Ara said.

"Ly, okay ka lang ba?" tanong ni Kim. Aly just nodded her head.

"I know it isn't the crowd that affects you," whispered Kim. Napatingin naman sa kanya si Aly. Kilalang-kilala talaga siya ng kaibigan niya.

"Get it out of your head. Good luck sa game," Kim said as she tapped Aly's shoulder. Nagpaalam na yung tatlo sa kanya.

Before the game started, nagkita din sa court si Tricia at Aly.

"Hey, idol! I'll get to see you play again," said Tricia with a smile.

Aly tried to flash a smile but failed. "Okay ka lang ba? Kinakabahan ka sa akin ano?" biro ni Tricia. Aly didn't respond.

"Don't worry. I won't ask you to go easy on us. Besides, baka hindi pa rin naman ako ipasok, so hindi mo pa ko mapapahirapan. Haha," dugtong pa ni Trish. Aly avoided her eyes. Napansin naman ito nung huli.

"Don't let me nor the people around you get into your game. Do what you must," encouraged Tricia before leaving Aly.

Aly joined the Fab 5 for the first six of their squad even technically, she's just a rookie. That's how much the team trusts her.

Aly drew first blood. She just gave a powerful hit and the crowd went wild. Hati naman ang UST crowd sa pagkainis at pagkamangha. A smile finally appeared on Aly's face. I can do this. I'm over it. She thought.

Her second attack was blocked but Denden was there to keep the ball alive. Jem entrusted the ball back to Aly and she delivered. Ngiting ngiti na naman siya. I'm finally okay. Naisip niya.

Alyssa did well during the first set: a few service aces, a couple of blocks, and a barrage of attacks. Umpisa pa lang, 11 points na for the rookie. Her name is starting to build up some hype. Commentators flooded her game with praises.

Then came second set. Sa umpisa, Aly was able to pitch in 2 more points. She's at the attack line facing Judy Caballejo of UST.

"Ganda ng laro natin ah. Ganyan ka talaga pag ibang team ano?" pang-aasar ni Judy. Aly tried not to listen.

"Nandyan lang si Tricia. Hindi ba siya gagana sa iyo?" said Judy with a smirk.

Aly tried not to but the past has crept into her. Nang magserve siya, may halong panggigigil kaya net ang bola. This was followed by a string of reception errors from her causing Coach Roger to pull her out of the game. Pinabalik siya noong nasa harap na yung kapalitan niya. Pero kahit ganoon, wala pa ding nangyari: net violation, outside ang mga attacks, o kaya naman blocked siya. Someone replaced her again. UST got the 2nd set.
