Kat's eyes opened at last. Kat blinked slowly, relishing the feeling of being awake and able to get back to doing normal things again. She clearly remembered the dream she had with Adam, and sighed. At least her family was ok. Kat got up. Immediately, she winced, It still hurt, and she was still a little weak, but she was better, and that was what mattered.
Kat stumbled out into the hall, and into the living room. The others looked at her in shock, then ran over to hug her. Kat smiled. This was how it was meant to be.
"So, what did I miss?" Kat asked. Kaylie chuckled a bit. Realization hit Kat like a wave.
"Oh, right. Sounds like a Hamilton reference. Great." Kat thought, unable to repress a fit of laughter. Dipper laughed a little too, though he looked a little confused. This made Kat laugh more. When Kat was done laughing, she sighed.
"I'm so glad that your ok and awake" Kaylie exclaimed, smiling. Kat couldn't repress a little smile back.
"You know what? Me too" Kat replied. Suddenly, there was a sound of a door opening.
"Hello?"

"I should go back" Mabel told herself once again. Mabel sighed. Maybe things were better now. Deciding to go back to the shack once and for all, Mabel dragged herself off the log she had been sitting on, and made the long trek back to the shack. When she opened the door, she was surprised to hear a lot of talking.
"Hello?" Mabel called. She was met with silence for a moment before Dipper stepped out of the living room. He just stared.
"Well nice to see you too" Mabel snorted, stepping forward to hug her brother. Dipper gave her a warning look as he stepped forward to hug her back.
"Well look who's back! I haven't seen you in a bit Mabel!" Kat stepped out, and fixed Mabel with a stern look.
"Whats wrong?" Mabel asked, hoping that she wouldn't say it.
"Nothing" Kat replied, still giving Mabel a little look. Mabel broke her gaze, feeling a little uneasy. Kat looked a little angry. Guess Dipper and Kaylie had told her what had happened. Either that, or she remembered.
Mabel sighed.
"Look, I need to go upstairs" Mabel said, trying to act apologetic as she spun around and stormed into Dipper and her room.

Kaylie stared blankly at the spot where Mabel had been.
"Well, that happened." Kat said, shifting her feet back and forth. Kaylie brought her attention to her sister.
"Hey, Kat. Wanna watch Steven Universe?" Kaylie asked gently, trying to direct her sister's attention elsewhere. Kat shook her head, as if to clear her thoughts and nodded, smiling.
"Yeah, but-" Her voice lowered. "Do they even have Steven Universe in this world?" Kat questioned. Kaylie nodded.
"I checked earlier because I was bored" Kaylie admitted. Kat chuckled. The two sisters went off to the living room together, laughing.

Dipper felt a tad bit guilty, but what Mabel had done on that day was almost unforgivable. Dipper sighed.
Would Mabel ever redeem herself? or would she remain a outcast..forever?
