Kat didn't even know why she had been so upset about it. Pacifica wants Dipper, let her have him. Kat had never had enough guts to tell him how she had felt, so he was game to say yes to Pacifica. Kat found herself feeling a bit guilty after making such a scene, but she couldn't help it. Her heart had been crushed.
"It's not like my heart hasn't been crushed before" Kat muttered to herself as she sat down against a tree, tears still coming on her now dirty face.
It was true. Back in a time Kat could barley remember now, back at her world, she had a crush on this boy, Arron. He had even made her sit next to him at lunch, and made sure she had eaten. Yet, he started to stop sitting beside Kat. One day or so before she had gotten to Gravity Falls, Kat had not brung her lunchbox. She wasn't going to eat. Usually, Arron would come make sure she would eat, or ask her about it, but he stopped. He didn't care. Nobody did. Nobody even asked her about it. Kat had never felt so alone that day.
Kat hugged her knees, and started to sob. Through the sobs, she could see a figure come through the bushes. It looked like Dipper. Kat turned away, tears still racing down her cheeks.
"Crescent Moon?" A voice sounded from where the supposed Dipper was. Kat whirled around to see that it was the Dipper that had spoken. It sounded like Adam.
"A-adam? what is it" Kat silently cursed herself for her voice breaking and sounding emotional. Adam turned into her regular form, a sympathetic look on his face.
"I have come to warn you. Bill has a plan, and it's going to take effect very, very soon." Adam spoke, a twinge of guilt for disturbing the upset girl in his voice.
"What's the plan?" Kat asked immediately, wiping her eyes until they were dry. If she was going to need to be strong, she had to act like it.
"He's going to take advantage of Shooting Star's sadness and anger, trick her, and basically take over the world." Adam explained bluntly. Kat's eyes widened.
"You should go talk to Dipper-" Kat started to say. She stopped herself at the word 'should', though, as she still felt rage.
"I'll take care of it" She said instead. Adam dipped her head in acknowledgement of her words, and disappeared, leaving the Ginger-haired girl there.
Kat drew in a shaky breath, and started racing for the shack, to warn Mabel, to try to help Mabel, so that this horror wouldn't happen. Why?
Because Kat was certainly afraid that Ford was right. That she wouldn't be able to handle any of the things that would ensue if she didn't prevent this from happening. Heck, if she couldn't handle Bill before he got a physical form, how would she win against him then.
It was better to not have to find out the answer to that burning question.
