It's been a month now. Which means Thanos is waiting a long time. It'll probably be soon when they see him again. But Loki said he was the punishment and that they wouldn't be seeing him again. Loki is hiding something. They're gonna find it out.

They were all, minus the Avengers, the Three and Sif, eating breakfast in the grand dining hall, not to mention gold. Loki had finally exited his room. But he seemed out of it more than usual today. Astryd noticed that he wasn't even picking at his food, just sitting there staring at it resting his chin on his fist. He didn't even change into his armour.

Astryd on the other hand was starving! She has been starving for like, ever, now. And some of the stuff she usually ate was now disgusting. She knew why, but wanted to wait to tell him.

It was too quiet. No one was talking. All you could here was sound of metal hitting glass and the smacking of the lips as everyone chewed.

It was quite bothersome so Astryd turned to Loki and said, "How are you this morning?"

Loki kept his eyes on the food, just shrugging. "I'm sorry." He whispered.

Everyone stopped eating and looked at Loki. "Why darling?" Frigga asked.

"I betrayed you again." He breathed, finally looking up.

"What's going on?" Odin asked.

Thor looked at his brother confused.

"What the hell is going on? Loki?" Astryd exclaimed.

"I had to, I'm sorry... I feel him he is close..."

"Who's close? Thanos?" Odin asked.

Loki winced as he felt Thanos emerging in his head again. Oh, little one, that was a mistake.

Loki stood up abruptly looking at nothing in particular. His breathing hitched and nodded. "No... No... No..."

"What?" Frigga finally yelled.

They all covered their eyes as a portal opened and Thanos and the Other came through. The golden doors burst opened revealing the Avengers, Three, and Sif. "What the..?" They all yelled.

The portal closed and they uncovered their eyes. Thanos smirked. "Oh, I've waited a long time for this."

"Guards!" Odin yelled, but no one came. He eyed Thanos as he laughed.

"Oh, Borson, you're not as smart or wise as people put you out to be."

"Watch your tongue!" He yelled.

"I'm here for you," He turned towards Loki, who stood wide eyed and trembling. "My Loki. My Jotun runt."

"Stop it." Loki growled.

The Avengers, Three, and Sif walked into the room completely baffled.

Tony walked to Loki, whispering into his ear. "What's going on, Loki?"

Suddenly a bunch of Chituari came in the room grabbing a hold of everybody. They grunted and fought but couldn't win against these monsters.

The Other had the honor of holding Loki. Loki turned to Astryd to see if she was okay to find that she was in Thanos' hold. The Other began to push Loki towards them as he struggled, finally coming to a stop. "Thanos... Let her go..." Loki warned.

"Oh, no not yet. I want to get a confession. No... Two."

"What do you mean?" Loki asked, ignoring Astryd's whimpers for the moment.

"One," Thanos said pulling a knife out and holding it to Astryd's throat. "I want you tell them what you have done."

Loki looked down, ignoring his order. He heard Astryd give a small cry and he looked up to see a slice on her face. "Thanos! Stop!" He yelled as Thanos did it again. "Alright! Alright! I'll... I'll tell them..." He paused looking at his family and friends. "I want you to know I didn't have a choice... I said I was the punishment. Remember that?" He asked. They hummed a yes and nodded. "That serum he gave me... Yes, it did give me the eligibility to not die. But he slipped something in it. Heimdall didn't see this conversation because Thanos didn't want him to see. It was poison. If I didn't do what he asked of me... I'd die... permanently. I don't know how... Somehow, the serum was immune to poison. It didn't work. He still has the poison.
