"Are you ready (y/n)?" Asked my father.
"As ready as I'll ever be."
"I knew Darrel was the one from the moment I met him."
"Dad! You sound like you're marrying him!" I laughed.
"Oh yeah. Sorry. Darrel is perfect for you. Such a good role model.
I laughed. Today I was marrying Darry. He had been my boyfriend for 2 years when he proposed in front of the gang. Now, 6 months later, I was getting ready to marry him.
"Okay I'm ready."
He smiled and began to tear up. "My little girl is all grown up!"
"Daaad! Stop!"
"Okay okay!"
He took my arm and walked my down the aisle. He gave me a kiss in the cheek and handed me off to Darry.
"You look amazing sweetie!" He said.
"You do too!" I said back.
"Darrel Curtis, do you take (y/n) (y/l/n) to be your bride?"
"I do."
"And (y/n) (y/l/n), do you take Darrel Curtis as your husband?"
I looked at Darry and smiled. "I do."
"The husband and bride have prepared their vows for each other."
"(Y/N)," Darry began, "I never thought I'd be so lucky to marry you. I love you so much and I always will." He teared up as he slipped the ring on my finger.
"Darry, I don't even know what to say. I'll just make it short and sweet. I don't know what I'd ever do without you. You complete me. I love you my superman." You choked back years as you slid the ring on his finger.
"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."
Darry had the biggest grin I've ever seen. We slowly leaned in until our lips touched. I knew from that moment, that we'd be together forever.
