clover's absent today due to high fever so i am all alone today.

when i got to the classroom, the first guy i saw was jungkook, throwing his head back and laughing.
it was still early so there were a few students inside the room, including me.
when i saw taehyung, i immediately beamed brightly and walked towards him.

i made sure i looked fine today just because i want taehyung to notice me.
“ey, good morning.” i greeted him as i sat back on my seat.

he smiled at me, his usual charming smile.
“good morning, eru.”

“what are you guys talking about?” i asked as i looked at the small group of boys, including taehyung.

“nothing much. just gaming experiences. the funny ones. jungkook loves to play videogames so he's having a good conversation with them.” he answered, looking at jungkook who was smiling widely (like an idiot), showing his white (looks like bunny teeth to me) and even teeth. i rolled my eyes secretly.

he shouldn't be laughing because he snatched my favorite bag of chips last time and i won't forgive him. ever.

jungkook stood up and walked towards us and i pray that it's not actually towards us because i hate to see him chuckling at me. he sat in front of us, a toothy grin plastered on his boyish features.
“oi, kookie,” taehyung called him, “you better do your assignment now.” the smile on his face quickly disappeared as he nodded twice. huh. what a good boy.

when taehyung looked away, jungkook shot me a teasing smile, sticking his tongue out. the fuck is his problem?
taehyung was called by one of the boys. he shot me a glance and i nodded once. he doesn't really need to ask permission or what. we're still at the stage where we're still coping up with things.

“oi,” i heard a male voice call me and i did not need to look around to know who he was, “you look at taehyung like your eyes are about to turn into heart shapes.” i rolled my eyes at that.

“so? get off my case, jungkook.”

jungkook smiled, mixing innocence and playfulness, a dangerous combination.
“your face is cute, shiba. i like cute things.” he said, winking at me and stood up, then walking back to the other boys he was talking with a while ago.

i was left with an unexplainable expression.

did he just call me shiba?

“are you insane?” clover exclaimed while eating the remaining sushi i brought to school.

“i'm just kidding, you know!” i spat back, dipping the sushi on the sauce.

“but you know,” she said, swallowing the whole sushi, "why don't you try? i mean, granted, it is hard to find a sorceress, but when you do, then i think you've hit the jackpot. but remember that i'm not encouraging you to do this,” she rolled the sushi around my lunchbox, “don't tell me you're taking me seriously. i hate seeing you being punished through a voodoo doll.”

“oh, silly. of course, i won't do something as crazy as that idea.”

but deep down, an idea's already running inside my mind.
