GAIL'S POV

Tahimik lang kaming dalawa ni Fifth habang pauwi sa condo namin. I even chose to sit on the backseat than on the passenger's seat. This has been a long day for me and I know for sure that in just a snap, I'd just start a fire between us if I speak. Ayoko ng away ngayon. Pagod na pagod na ako ngayong araw.  Pagdating namin sa condo building ay nauna na ako papasok sa lobby hanggang sa pagsakay ng elevator. Fifth had to run after me to get inside the lift. Alam kong nagagalit na siya base sa expression niya pero pinipigilan niya ito.

Soon as we reached our floor, I immediately stormed into my penthouse. Pagkaapak ko sa unang baitang ng hagdanan ay narinig ko na ang maotoridad na boses ni Fifth.

"Crystal, won't you explain what I've witnessed earlier?!"

Oh, sheez. Not now! I'm darn tired from all of these.

I made a  face and drew out a breath in annoyance. As much as I wanted to argue with him right now, I can't. Pagod na pagod na ako, kaya pinili kong ipagpatuloy ang pag-akyat ko.

"Dammit!" he cursed but I ignored it still. Gusto ko ng magbabad sa bathtub ko at matulog na. I want to be alone.

Hindi pa man ako nakakahakbang sa huling baitang ng hagdanan ay pinigilan na ako sa braso ni Fifth. Now I had to turn to him in irritation.

"Fifth, not now, please?! I am worn out!"

"Do you think you're the only one who's tired between us?" he snapped angrily.

I pulled my arm from him and with hard expression on I whined, "Tired in terms of what? Sa akin ba o sa kasal kanina?! If it's me, then leave! If you can't handle me, then I don't think you're the right man for me to be with."

Tatalikuran ko na sana siya nang pigilan na naman niya ako sa braso.

"All I'm asking is to avoid that ex of yours, Crystal. But what are you still doing? You still keep on chasing him! I'm trying to understand you but fcvk it! I'm your boyfriend and you're supposed to be by my side all the time!"

"I'm not chasing him!!" singhal ko at binawi ang braso ko mula sa kanya. Sumasakit na ang ulo ko. Gusto ko ng magpahinga. "Let's talk some other time. I'm literally and figuratively tired. Let me take a rest first, will you?!"

Bumuga siya sa hangin at mabilis ko naman siyang tinalikuran.

"I'm jealous..."

Napahinto ako sa paghakbang. Napayuko ako't napapikit saglit. Alam ko namang kasalanan ko ang nangyari kanina. Hindi ko dapat kasama si Kurt. In the first place, I had a choice. Pwede ko namang siyang iwanan sa deck na yun, pero anong ginawa ko? Nanatili pa akong kasama siya.

"... You don't know how jealous I am whenever I see you with him."

I breathed out and without glancing back, I made my way inside my bedroom.

I woke up late the next morning. Normally, Fifth would knock at my door to wake me up but today's different. No one's knocking even though it's already past 11 in the morning.

"I'm jealous..."

Bumalik na naman sa isipan ko ang sinabi sa akin ni Fifth kagabi. He admitted that he's jealous. Why is he jealous then? Wala namang dapat ikaselos.

"Wala nga ba?" I mumbled at the ceiling, asking myself.

"... You don't know how jealous I am whenever I see you with him."
