Chapter 11: Ki control

Cleaning up the place was harder then it looked. Master Roshi had l p at Gus chairs outside and most of his plants were either washed away, knocked over or destroyed completely. "Guess I'll have to buy new plants....." Master Roshi sighed. "Haha Sorry." You apologized to him. "It's ok, I needed to get some new plants anyway."
After everyone finished up cleaning, it was still daylight. This is because of all the help everyone chipped in. "Now that's done, let's get back to training." Master Roshi said speaking to you.
"Right." You replied back. Master Roshi and you walked back to the beach. "Now try to focus a small amount ki in in your hands." Master Roshi instructed. "Alright, here goes nothing." You stuck your right hand out, and tried to charge a small amount of ki. Your hand produces a small ball of ki, it was size of baseball. "Now blast it!" Master Roshi instructed. You nodded as you fling the ball at ocean causing a explosion, that sent water up in the air. "We'll done, now do it again." Master Roshi said impressed. You charge the ki ball blast again and launch it at the water again. Blasting the water again. "Now try using both of your hands." You nodded at master Roshi. Now you focused on both of your hands creating two baseball size energy ball. You flung both of the balls at the same direction causing them to collide and create an explosion twice as big as the last one. "Good work, keep it up!" Master Roshi said as he went inside and pulled a chariot and laid out on the beach watching you. You decided to try develop your own move set. "Ok what if I..." You mumbled as you built up energy in your right hand and put it to your shoulder, from there you make a movement as you open your hand to from your shoulder to your hip. Unleashing a energy form your arm. "Interesting..." You tried the same move again but instead made a horizontal line by going straight across from your shoulder. "Lets see if I can cut through something..." You said as you picked up a rock. You charge your attack and throw the rock. Upon releasing your attack, you cut the rock in two. "This is awesome. I think I'll this call this destruction cut." You said to yourself. "That's a pretty neat technique." You snapped out of your little thoughts and looked at Master Roshi. You almost forgot he was here. "I have to say I'm impressed, it's your first day of ki training and your already developing techniques of your own." Master Roshi said praising you. "Just don't go too far and endanger everyone." Master Roshi warned you as he pulled out a naughty magazine and started reading. "Yes master Roshi." You replied back. Turning back, you thought of other techniques you try to create. "Hmmmm....." You hold out your right hand again, letting energy build up to a ball in your palm. A thought suddenly appeared in your head. You focused on the ball, letting drift off into the air. The ball hovered in the air. You quickly began to mass produce balls of energy that you let drift beside you. Until you have over twenty. Using both of your hands the balls of energy followed your hand movement. You created a make shift shield by placing the balls of energy around you. With one sudden movement, you thrust your hand forward launching the balls at the ocean. By clenching your fist you caused the balls to all explode all at once. "I'll call this guided missile barrage." You thought to yourself.
"Woah! That was so cool!" You heard Videl shout behind you. "That was amazing Y/n!" You smiled at the compliment. "Thanks Videl. I'm starting to get the hang of this now."
Videl stands next to you. "You've improved so much under two weeks." Videl said to you. "And it's all thanks to you guys. If I keep practicing, I can catch up to the z fighters in no time!" Videl lightly blushed. "And I'm going to stay by your side the whole time." Videl thought.

Launch soon appeared from the house. "I'm almost finished with dinner, would you guys like to stay?"
"I'll call my dad to give him a heads up." Videl said as she pulled out her phone. "Oh carp.... I forgot to call my parents in the hospital." Videl looked up at you. "Don't worry I called them, last night. Although I didn't tell them about the hospital...." You breathed relieved. You reached for your phone.... "Where is my phone?" You asked Videl. "In the spaceship charging." Videl replied. "Ok, thanks" you said as you darted to the ship.
