Chapter 10: Ki training

After everyone woke up, breakfast is what was on everyone's mind. Heading down there, Bulma and Chi-chi talked about training methods for you. Chi-chi was proudly telling Bulma that you asked her to train you. Bulma had a hard time believing that. Videl snuck up on you and hugged you from behind. "You idiot.... Don't scare me like that again..." Videl said with watered eyes, burying her face in your new shirt. "Hey but I still beat Roshi." You told Videl. "Yeah but it almost cost you your life." Videl mentioned. "The good thing is, I'm still alive." You said as you gave Videl a hug. "I guess you're right." Videl said returning the hug.

Everyone sat down for breakfast in the cafeteria. Master Roshi sat next to you, while Videl sat on the other side of you. Bulma and Chi-chi sat in front of you. "So what will you be learning today? Fighter prodigie." Bulma asked you. After eating some toast you answer. "Well hopefully, master Roshi helps me with ki control today. If he's good on his word." You stared at master Roshi. Master Roshi was daydreaming, he took a quick look at the girls master Roshi, had a perverted thought. "If girls keep appearing up because of his training.... I'm going to be surrounded
by beautiful women!" Master Roshi thought with a perverted grin. "Why is staring at me like that?" You asked creeped out by his look. "Just ignore him Y/n." Chi-chi sighed, because she knew exactly what Roshi must have been thinking.

After breakfast was finished up, you left the hospital. The doctors and nurses were still surprised at your sudden recovery. "I haven't seen a fast recovery like that in a good while." A doctor said to you before you left. "I had a little bit help." You told the doctor before nudging Chi-chi. Who giggled in response. Upon leaving the hospital, you guys get back on the ship. "Wait, where are we going?" You asked Bulma. "We're going to master Roshi's house. He said it's best place to train your ki." Bulma answered.
"And that it is!" Master Roshi spoke up out of nowhere. "Alright, I can tell this is going to be a fun day." You said to yourself.

Reaching Master Roshi house only took a few minutes. "How did you know Roshi lives?" You asked Bulma. "Simple, I traveled here with Goku a lot times." Bulma simply said. "Huh, so that's how you know master Roshi." You thought to yourself. The ship landed and the doors opened up. "Home sweet home!" Master Roshi shouted running out of the spaceship. Soon after you guys followed after master Roshi.

"Welcome to Kame house!" Master Roshi said greeting everyone, but mostly just you and Videl. "This is where you will be training to use ki." Master Roshi explained. You and Videl walked into the sand inspecting the scenery. "Its very beautiful here!" Videl said to you. "Yeah it is." You agreed. After finishing up admiring the scenery, a sea turtle appeared from the ocean and crawled his way to both of you. "Well hello there, mister turtle." Videl greeted the sea turtle. "Hello there." Came a reply back from the turtle. "Eeek!" Videl squealed, jumping into your arms. "Wait, you can talk?" You asked the turtle. "Awesome!" The sea turtle took this as a compliment. "Its nice too see new visitors." The sea turtle commented. "I'm sorry for scaring you miss." The sea turtle apologized. "Its fine, I was just surprised to see a talking animal around." Videl explained. "I understand, it's quite the spectacle to see a talking sea turtle. You can call me Turtle, I'll leave you two be now, bye." The sea turtle left you two standing on the beach. "Uhhh, Videl?"
"Yeah Y/n? Videl said while still in your arms. "You can let go now." Videl gave you an adorable look. "Five more minutes?" She asked wanting to stay in your arms for little bit more. "Fine..." You sighed.  After five minutes pass, Videl jumped down and hugged you. "Thank you!" Videl said as she took off in one direction.
"Hehe, I guess I need to find master Roshi." You thought to yourself. Walking into the house you were meet with master Roshi and another blue haired women. "Who are you?" You asked the new blue haired girl. "Oh, I'm Launch. It's nice to meet you." She greeted you. "Master Roshi called me last night and told me he would have a new student. You're Y/n right?" You smiled at Launch, "Yep, I'm Y/n. It's nice to meet you." Master Roshi intervened your chat with Launch. "Yes, while it's nice to make friends. I think you had reason for being here." Master Roshi reminded you. "Yes, to learn ki control right?" You asked master Roshi. "Correct, meet me in the front of the house." Master Roshi said before vanishing through the door. "I'll chat with you later Launch!" You said waving bye to Launch, who waved back.
