Thank You - Chapter Eleven

*Adriana's POV*

Because that was the only way to not so miserable life in school, after we finished school she was actually a decent person... well that's what I thought."
David continued to stroke Kendal's hair.

We were remained silent for a couple of minutes, I think they were trying to recollect on what I just told them. I noticed Kendal had started to wake up.
"Oh my gosh. You're awake!" I immediately jumped onto the bed and started to hug her.
"Whoa" I think she was taken aback by all the eyes looking at her.
"Let me brush my teeth first... Wait, this isn't our hotel?" she looked confused
"Yeah, it's my apartment, I brought you here because of what happened last night..."
Kendal fell silent for a couple of minutes
"All I remember is leaving for the party... Oh my gosh. We slept together didn't we?! That's the only thing that makes sense! I lost my virginity I don't even remember?! I just shouted out that I'm virgin oh my-"
I admit it was pretty funny watching Kendal freak out.
"No, nothing like that! It was Carmen, you hit your head pretty hard and suffered from a concussion!" David interrupted.
Kendal looked distraught.
"Really... I thought she changed for good?" she looked at me.
"Don't worry, I thought the same as well."
"... But seriously can I borrow a toothbrush."

*later on the same day*
*Kendal's POV*

David, Adriana and I were making our way over to the practice stadium, I was so happy that Ana brought some clothes I could change into.
They only had afternoon practice because of the dinner party last night and either way it was a couple nights before the opening match so they couldn't afford to miss any practice sessions.
"Hey!" Jô shouted at me, I was very confused, I haven't done anything to offend him whatsoever.
"Hi?"
"You have a nerve to show your face around here!" He continued.
"What do you mean, I don't know what you talking about?!"
"Oscar had to stay with your friend all night because of what you did to her." I turned around to see her cradling in Oscar's arms pretending to be upset.
Then Ana, David and Neymar came running towards me.
"What's happening?" Neymar asked, before Jô could say anymore bullshit, I jumped in.
"He said I did something to her which her upset and Oscar had to spent last night with her?" I started to laugh at what I just came out of my mouth.
"Dude, she's lying. Trust me, if you saw the condition Kendal was in." Neymar explained.
"Davi?" Jô looked at David to get a confirmation, he nodded.
Jô was clearly confused.
"So why is she say that and why is she here?"
"Because she's an attention whore! CARMEN COME HERE!" shouted Adriana.
Carmen just noticed that the four of us were here, I could seen panic in her eyes. It seemed Oscar was giving her words of encouragement and they slowly made their way over along with other teams members.
"Kendal, go and get Felipão." I ran of and got him.
"This better be important, I've got press coming over later about yester-"
"Oh trust me it is uncle." We walked over to the crowd of people. "He's here."
"Thank you, well Felipão I just wanted to tell you to never allow this bitch in any stadium with us even again-"
"Don't talk about her like that" said Oscar interrupting Adriana.
"Leave it Oscar" said David blocking Oscar from coming any further to Ana.
"Not only that she made your niece's life a misery back home, she left in what could have become a critical condition and lied about it and made it seem like she was the victim! She is poison, that will not only ruined our life's but ruin yours and the team's. There is so much at stake her you cannot afford for people like her to give you bad publicity. I'm sorry for the vulgar use of language." Everyone was astonished, I was so proud of Ana for saying that.
"Is this true?" asked Oscar
"Of course not!" said Carmen trying to defend herself again.
"So what did she again?"
"She kicked in the stomach!"
"I thought she punched you several times?" haha! caught red handed!
"Oh yes, that too-"
"Just get out!" Uncle Phil shouted, one of the guards took her away. Uncle Phil hugged me.
"Are you okay, honey?"
"Yes, I am now"
"I'm sorry for saying that Kendal-" said Jô
"Don't worry about it, I know how persuasive she can be. I've fell for it at one point." I gave Jô and Oscar a friendly hug.
"Okay, now that is sorted let's get back to work." Uncle Phil walked off.
"Hey." I tapped David's shoulder, I signalled for him to follow me.
"Thank you for everything, I've known for such a short period of time and there's so much drama." I blushed a bit.
"Don't worry, at the end of the day... it's worth it" He started to caress my cheek, and lifted my chin. Our noses were touching, I could feel his hot breath falling on my lips... I couldn't take it anymore and smashed my lips onto his. Kissing David gave the best sensation in the world. His hands were resting on my hips and mine were roaming through his curly locks.
I pulled away.
"I think it's time you start to practice."
David grabbed my bum and gave me a small kiss and walked away.

Well I can tell you that is not the last of Carmen for sure, and yay! 2 updates of one day?! I'm proud of myself.
