Hair Expert - Chapter Forty-Three

*Kendal's POV*

I went over to the corner to put sandals away.

"Kendal..."

"Yes David?"

"Why are there pregnancy tests on your bed?" I froze on the spot. Crap.

"Kendal." he in a calm tone. I quickly ran up to the bed and collected the tests of him.

"It doesn't even matter anymore so end of discussion."

"Actually it does matter... A lot. Why would you think that you were pregnant?"

"I don't know okay?! Just with all the was going with the fucked up family of mine and when I talked to Ana, it just made me panic and think what if."

"But are you?"

"Take a look for yourself." I handed one of them over, he read it.

"No... Are they all negative?"

"Yeah..."

"Oh right... I'm not that careless, I have been not myself that night because trust me I thought that was going to be the worst day of my life." I was a bit confused on what he was talking about but then he was referring to the 7-1 loss. "But then you made it better so I think starting a family was last on my list."

"I'm glad someone else was thinking about that... But I think you're forgetting I didn't just sleep with you, I needed to take that into consideration but luckily they had the same idea as you." David remained silent. "David..."

"Yes."

"If I was, how would you feel about that?"

He thought about it for a while. "I would be a little bit scared at first which is completely normal of course but then I wouldn't care because who doesn't want a mini me running around." I laughed. "I love kids so much, how innocent they are and the purity they have at heart."

"Yeah, if only adults were as open as kids... Actually scrap that, we would get in a huge amount of trouble."

"Agreed."

"How many of them do you want?" He hesitated a bit. "Oh come on just say it!"

"Six." (He actually said this in an interview somewhere lol)

"Six?!" I exclaimed. "You are absolutely bonkers." I laughed more and he joined in with me.

"Haven't I told how much I love kids?" He grinned.

"Yes, but not that much."

"What about you how many kids would like to have?"

"Hmmm... I don't know, I think I just want more than one child. I think one child would just be a bit boring."

"So six doesn't sound too crazy after all."

"No... No it doesn't."

"Really?"

"Of course it still does."

"But making the kids would be the very fun and easy part." He give me a knowing smile.

"It wouldn't it." I returned the smile. He pulled me for a kiss, I started to run my fingers through his hair. "Do you do anything to your hair?"

"No, not really. I used to take care of it a lot but I don't really have time to do so."

"I think you should, it would be a shame if lost all that lovely hair of yours."

"Why? I am balding?" David started to panic, putting his hands on his head, I thought it was really cute and funny to watch.
