I almost jumped out of my skin, hearing such a earth shattering sound so close to me. Even Lil' Pup looked up from their drawing time at the sound, a small smile of glee on their face. How could the child associate such a sweet smile with such a loud and aggressive sounding person? I would never know, looking down at the floor to avoid eye contact with the monster that I was bout to meet. From the corner of my eye I see a flash of blue and red, heavy boots thumping along the floor with every step.I could feel her cold stare as she entered, her gaze like fire in the back of my head.
" Another one? " I could faintly hear what she said, sadness taking me over at the prospect of being talked about behind my back, not matter how innocent her words seemed. I had no choice. I had to face her if I was going to be staying with the skeletons. I turn slowly, not getting up from the couch. I smile nervously, seeing clearly now what Undyne looked like. I was right to fear her. She wore a smart and pristine white shirt with a black jacket draped over her shoulders. She wore pants to match the jacket and leather gloves to go with her leather eyepatch. She tied her crimson hair back, her skin scaly and blue. This led to me thinking that she was some sort of fish monster, wondering how she survived without water. I decided not to question. If skeletons could eat then there was no reason at this point that a fish monster could live without water. Logic meant nothing now. I entered back into the kitchen, hearing soft whispers behind me and deciding that it was best to block out the noise. My hands shook, finding it hard to grip my tray of food. I almost dropped it once or twice. It settled in once more how much things had changed and suddenly tears began to fall once more. Slowly at first but then things began to speed up, remembering my family and what few friends I had. Well they weren't really friends if they left me to rot in the streets, alone and cold. I manage to plate up my food, seeing Sans enter as I turn. He led all monsters into another room, curiosity overtaking me. What were they talking about?
