Chapter 16 - Dragons? You got to be joking!

Isabelle's POV
It was late at night, but I didn't see Erika or Harry anywhere today. And that talk I had with Malfoy....I sort felt warm around him.
Aish! What am I thinking?

Then Ginny came into the common room.
"Belle! There you are! I've been looking for you since this morning." she said.
"Eh? Really? Well, since I'm here what is it?" I asked.

"Hagrid wants to see you tonight." she replied.
"Eh? Now?" I asked.

Ginny nodded.

I sighed and I sense that Ron's doing this, secretly.
But just had a feeling though.

"Fine." I said.

I grabbed my jacket and was about to leave.
"Ginny." I said.

"Yes?" she asked.

I sighed and turned to her.

"Tell Ron thanks." I replied.

She knew what I was talking about, then she nodded.

"I will." she said.
I smiled and ran all the way to Hagrid's.

Harry's POV
I brought Erika along with me to Hagrid's.

"Did you bring your father's cloak like I asked you, Harry?" asked Hagrid.
"Yeah, I brought the cloak. Hagrid, where are we going?" I asked.

"Before we go, we're waiting for someone." he replied.

Who, I wonder? I thought.

Then we heard footsteps coming towards us. And then we heard panting.
Turns out to be Belle.

"Belle?" Erika and I asked.
She was breathing heavily and she rested her hands on her knees.
"Glad you made it, Belle." Hagrid said.

She nodded.
"Sorry for being late. I got it for a short notice."
"That's all right, Belle. You're just on time." Hagrid said.
"Now...where are we going?" Belle asked.

"You'll see soon enough. You and Harry better pay attention, this is important." said Hagrid.

Harry and I looked at each other, like 'okay...'

Then Erika noticed something.

Isabelle's POV
"What's with the flower?" she asked.

Hagrid got a little comfortable.
"Hagrid, you combed your hair." Harry said.

"As a mater of fact, I have. You might like to try the same thing now and again." Hagrid said.
Suddenly, we heard roaring, in the forest. We stopped in our tracks. We looked around until....

"Hagrid." Hagrid smiled.
"Put the cloak on." Harry put the cloak around us and we followed."Bonsoir, Olympe." said Hagrid.
"Oh Hagrid." said Madam Maxine.
"I thought perhaps you weren't coming. I thought perhaps...you've forgotten me." she said.
"Couldn't forget you, Olympe." Hagrid said. Under the cloak, Harry gagged, while Erika aww'd. As for me, I just had my poker face.

So chessy. I thought. "What is it you wanted to show me? When we spoke eariler, you sounded so....exhilarated." Madam Maxine said.

"You'll be glad you came. Trust me." said Hagrid.
They went a little further. And I cant believe what Ij ust saw.
Madam Maxine wants to get closer. "Dragons? That's the first task? Hagrid, you've got to be joking." Harry said. "Come on, Harry. I'm not joking." said Hargid. "These are seriously misunderstood creatures." The dragon blow near the branches. We took cover.

"Although, I have to admit, that Horntail and that Thunderbolt Dragon is a nasty piece of work. Poor Ron nearly fainted just seeing them, you know." Hagrid said. "Ron was here?" Harry asked Hagrid.
"Oh, sure. His brother Charlie helped to bring him over from Romania. Didn't Ron told both of you?" said Hagrid.
Harry and I shook my head.
"No, he didn't tell us a thing." Harry replied.

I looked at the dragons, they look dangerous.

"Belle, can't you---" I cut Erika off in mid sentence.
"I don't think so."

I was so terrified.

How am I going to defeat that thing?!
