Chapter 18 - The First Task

Isabelle's POV
I was in a deep sleep until I felt someone trying to wake me up.

"Belle, il-eona." (Wake up)

I got up and rubbed my eyes.
I opened my eyes and saw Jongin Oppa and Xiumin Oppa.

Then I looked at the clock and it was 3 in the morning.
"Oppa, it's 3 am in the morning." I mumbled.

Kai chuckled. "I know. Come on, let's go."

I yawned, got up and got dress up into my clothes.
Then I followed Kai And Xiumin.

"Oppa, where are we going?" I asked.
"You'll see." Xiumin replied.

I sighed and rested my hands inside my pockets.
Then all of a sudden, we were in the courtyard.

"Eh? Why are we here?" I asked.
"For your training." Kai said.

My eyes widen at that.

"There's different types of Dragons that you're going to face. The dangerous dragon is the Thunderbolt Dragon. It can send Lighting Bolts at you at anytime." Xiumin said.

Then I got serious about it.

"Only water can affect it." Kai said.
"Wait...doesn't Suho Oppa have water powers?" I asked.

"He does....and also..." Xiumin pulled out something.
"He told me to give this to you." Xiumin tossed it over at me and I caught it.

It looks a potion or something. I thought.

"Just open it and water will come out of it and...you can control it as well." Xiumin said.

I nodded, understanding.

"Great! Now, training starts now." Kai said.

Harry's POV
I woke up and got ready. Today is the First Task.
And I'm getting nervous.

Everyone is at the stadium already.
I took a deep breath and walked out of the common room.

~In the tent~
I noticed Belle was here, early. I think.
And I also noticed her tired eyes.

Has she been up all night? I thought.

I was about to walk up to her until Cedric beat me to it.

I sighed at that. Belle's been mysteries lately.

Then I heard someone just 'psst'
I turned to the front of the tent and leaned to it.

"Harry. Is that you?"

It was Erika.

"Yeah."

"Are you all right?" she asked.
I didn't answer back.

"Sorry, I shouldn't have ask you that." she said.
"It's okay, Erika." I said.

"Okay, so...the key is to concentrate and then all you have to is---" I cut in.
"Battle a dragon."

Then suddenly, Erika came out of the curtain and hugged me.
Then FLASH!!!

Isabelle's POV
Cedric came up to me and gently patted me on the back.
"You okay?" she asked.
"Fine." I replied.

"You look tired, Belle. Have you been up all night?" he asked.
I sighed at that.....then FLASH.

Cedric and I got up to see what's going on.

"Young Love."

I saw Erika and Harry hugging each other. I couldn't help it. So I ran into my sister's arms.
"I see....a love triangle between Harry Potter and the Lee Twins." Rita said.

Then her quill wrote something in her notepad.
"How....stirring. If everything goes unfortunately today...you three may even make the front page." said Rita.

Then Hermione came in as well.
"Erika." she said.

Rita gasped and then smiled. "Perfect Love Triangle."
"You have no business here. This tent is for champions and friends.." Viktor cut in as well.

Rita gasped silently.

"No matter. I've already got what I wanted." she said.

I pulled back from Erika and she noticed my eyes.
"Belle, you haven't been sleeping, haven't you?" she said.

"Later." I said.
Hermione pulled me into a hug. "Be careful, all right."
I nodded.

"Good day, Champions! Gather around." Dumbledore said.
Hermione and I pulled back.

"Now, you've waited, you've wondered, and at last moment has arrived. A moment only four of you can fully appreciate." Dumbledore announced until he noticed Hermione and Erika. "What are you two doing here, Miss Granger and Miss Lee?"

"Oh, sorry, We'll just go." Hermione nudged Erika, but she won't move.

Erika and I glanced at each other. But I gave her a nod and she nod back and left with Hermione.

"Barty! The Bag."

"Champions, in a circle around me." said Mr. Crouch. Fleur was first, then Krum, then Cedirc, then me and last was Harry.

"Miss Delacour, if you will." Fleur put her hand in the bag and pulled it out.
"The Welsh Green." I was starting to get scared.

Viktor got the Chinese Fireball. Then Mr. Crouch went to Cedric.
"The Swedish Short-Snout." Then he went to me.
"Miss Lee, if you would." said Mr. Crouch.

I took a deep breath and put my hand in there. I pulled out a....
"The Thunderbolt." said Crouch.

I stood there stiff. Stiff like a stick.

"Which leaves---"
"The Horntail." I heard Harry mumbled.

"What's that, boy?" asked Crouch.
"N-Nothing." Harry stuttered. He put his hand in the bag.

"The Hungarain Horntail."

Harry looked at me with fear.

"You'll be okay." I mouthed.

He nodded and we turned to our attention to Mr. Crouch.

"These represent five very real dragons each of which has been given a golden egg to protect. Your objective is simple: Collect the egg. This you must do, for each egg contains a clue without which you cannot hope to proceed to the next task. Any questions?" said Barty.

"Very well. Good luck, champions. Mr. Diggory, at the sound of the cannon you may----" BOOM!! I got startled and almost fall. Harry got me by the shoulder. I nodded as in thanks.

Cedric looked nervous. So I went up to him.
"Cedric...you'll be fine." I said.
He nodded.

"Be careful." I said.

He nodded again and left.

~Hours later~
Cedric, Fleur, and Vitkor already got their eggs. Harry and I are the only ones left.
I paced back and forth until I heard Dumbledore's announcement.

"Our next forth contestant is Harry Potter!"
Harry took a deep breath. We looked at each other for a few seconds.
I went up to him and gave him a hug. He hugged back.
I pulled back and looked at him.

"Belle, if I don't make it out there---" I cut him off.
"You'll make it, Harry. I believe in you."

We heard the people yelling 'Potter!'
"They're calling for you. Go." I said.

Harry looked at me, worriedly.

"Go and kick that Dragons butt." I said, smiling. Which made him smile as well.
Harry nodded and he left.

I sighed at that. And hopefully he'll survive.

~Later~
"Belle! I got it!" Harry held out the golden egg.
I smiled and went up to him.

"You got it!" I said.
Harry nodded.

"Three of our Champions have now faced their dragons...and so each one of them will proceed to the next task. And our fourth contestant also faced his dragon! And now our fifth and final contestant...ISABELLE LEE!" I heard Dumbledore said.

It's my turn. I thought.

"Belle."

I looked at Harry and he saw his smile.
"You can do it." he said.

I smiled and nodded.

I went out of the arena and I hear people were cheering my name. I spotted the whole Clan. I smiled at that.
Dad's here, EXO and even....Aunt Sophie (Totally forgot about her)

Then I spotted the egg. I was about to go and get it until I sense that I was about to get hit. So I did a backflip and landed on my feet.

A was in front of me. It growled and used its Thunder.
My eyes widen at that. And I quickly moved.

That one is dangerous. I thought.

I was about to moved until its tail grabbed me and threw my into the air. I was in the air, twirling around in circles. Once I got near the dragon. Its paw hit me, causing me to hit the wall.

I fall down on my knees. I couldn't breathe right. Then, almost everything turned to black. I can hear the dragon growled.
"BELLE!!!" I heard someone yelled my name. I know it's not Hermione's or Ron's. I just don't know who's that voice belonged to.

"GET UP, BELLE!" I heard Hermione.
All I could hear is voices.

"BELLE!!!"

I started to get into my senses. I carefully got up. I feel so weak.
I limped forward as the dragon roared.

I can't hurt this creature. No I can't. I thought.

The Dragon roared again.

Then I pulled out a bottle that Xiumin handed it to me this morning.

Use it. Suho Hyung says Water fights against Thunder.

I looked at the dragon while it was roaring.

I smashed the bottle and then, I raised my hand as water started to swirl around me.
Then the dragon roared again and send its thunderbolt at me.

I control the water and send it to the dragon. It really affected.
The dragon yelped and stepped back. Then I jumped onto a rock and send my ice.

The dragon yelped again, but then it swung its tail at me again, making me hit on the wall again.
I winced at that.

The dragon roared again and again.

Come on, Belle. You got get up. I thought.

I got up once again and pulled out my wand.
The dragon growled at me.

"Levicorpus!"

It send a spell and I think I found the sensitive spot.
It's around the neck.

I ran and jumped onto its back and started to ride on it.

The dragon tried to get rid of me, but I held onto its back tightly.

"Whoa...Whoa.'' I said.

Everyone was gasping in fear.

Then I hit the dragon soft spot...just massaging it. The dragon stopped and clam down.

"There. There. It's better this way isn't it." I said.

The dragon growled, in a nice way.

I smiled and pet the dragons' head.
I then stepped down and the dragon snuggled his nose against my cheek.

I giggled and it nudged me.
"Can I have the egg now?" I whispered.

The dragon snorted as smoke came out of its nostrils.

I'll take that as a yes. I thought.

I walked up to the egg and took it.

I did it.

Then I glanced at the crowd and held it up.

They cheered my name out loud.

"BELLE! BELLE! BELLE!"

I smiled at that and then glanced at my Dad and EXO.

Dad had a smile on his face.

"WE ARE ONE!!!! I shouted.
