2:Lillianna

       I think I was having a nightmare because I woke to my mom shaking me and saying are you ok. As I started to get off the bed I got nauseous and ran to the bathroom. As soon as I opened the toilet seat I started throwing up. My mom then ran inside and had a shocked face. " Oh my! Lily are you ok? Here let me touch your head!" She tried to say normally but I could tell she was worried. She touched her lips to my forehead and then decided on an answer. "I think you have a fever!" She said. I was about to say something but then I threw up again. After that my mom looked more worried but at least my nausea was gone but my throat burned from vomit. "I'm fine mom. I think some medicine might do the trick." I said waiting for her answer. Just so you know I hate medicine but I don't want to miss school tomorrow because I hate catching up. I think my mom sensed what I was thinking. "Alright, but if you're not better in the morning then no school!" She stated.
      I woke up next morning to the sound of my alarm clock. I checked my temperature and it was normal my throat also didn't hurt anymore. "Mom, I'm not sick anymore can I go to school?" I yelled. I waited for an answer and didn't hear one. I just got ready and went to the kitchen to eat breakfast but nothing was there before I could say anything I saw my mom emerge holding a purple cake. I suddenly remembered today was my birthday.
     "Happy Birthday Lily!" She exclaimed. "I kind of forgot it was my birthday today." I mumbled. "Oh dear, that's sad." She said. After I had cake for breakfast I walked to the bus station. I got on and sat in the back by myself since I didn't have any friends.
     When I got to school I went to my science class and sat down in the back. The rest of the day was a blur except for history. Now you might ask how do you remember the most boring subject well it's because I didn't actually learn anything. I walked in early when I saw the strangest thing. It look like a Hydra from Greek Mythology. I just stood there dumbfounded. Then it lounged at me and I managed to barely dodge its attack until my history teacher walked in. He didn't look the least bit surprised. "Lily? Do you know that pen you have called Riptide? Well open its cap it will help you!" He yelled. I was really confused but I did what he asked and immediately I was holding a bronze sword in my hand. I was so confused but immediately my instincts kicked in and 10 minutes later the hydra was dead and I only had a small cut on my face and a gash on my arm. The worst part is the whole time my teacher just stood there watching. I was so mad, I could've died. Right now my anger took over the fact that I was super confused. I was about to yell when I heard "Lily I know this is hard to understand but come with me and I'll explain everything. Now hurry I hear people coming!" He said and walked off. Curiosity got the best of me and I decided to follow.
     He took me in a car and it stared driving away. When we got to our destination I saw a tree with a Golden Fleece and A DRAGON? He started walking towards it and I followed. I looked down and I saw a house, cabins, an amphitheater, a dining hall, an arena, strawberry fields, and it all was so amazing. I just stared when I realized my teacher was calling me. "Follow me." He said. "What is all this?" I asked while we were walking. "Chiron will explain everything. Just in case he isn't in his wheelchair I want to give you a heads up. He's a centaur." He said nonchalantly. "Centaur? You mean from Greek Mythology?" I exclaimed. "Yes." He replied obviously annoyed, so I didn't ask anymore questions.
    When we arrived I braced myself for what I might see. He turned around to face me and his bottom half was a white stallion. "Hello. You must be the new camper Lily!" He said. "Camper?" I asked. "Well probably, anyway come let me explain everything!" He exclaimed. He told me that I was a demigod and that there were two camps (Camp Halfblood which is Greek {this one} and Camp Jupiter which was Roman and was in San Francisco), he said everyone here was a demigod (except for satyrs, nymphs, dryads, and etc.), he explained about some Greek Mythology, he told me the legend of Percy Jackson and his friends, and a lot of other stuff. What interested me the most the though was, the sword I had Riptide could reappear in my pocket in pen form if I lost it or dropped it. The thing is this sword belonged to Percy Jackson (WHAT!). He said that I was probably a daughter of Poseidon but there was something strange about me. He finished off with "You'll probably be claimed at dinner tonight."
     A daughter of Athena called Emma was going to show me around. I saw her coming
she had fair skin, dirty blonde hair, and stormy gray eyes. "Hi there, you must be Lillianna, I'm Emma Dean." She said. "Yeah I know Chiron told me. So what are we going to do?" I asked. "Well I'm going to show you around and tonight we have capture the flag. I'll explain how we doing things at camp" she stated. After a bunch of exploring and explaining we went to the sword arena. "Ok let's teach you a bit so you can be ready for capture the flag!" She exclaimed. She got out her knife and showed me a few moves. "Alright let's have a little duel." She said. I uncapped Riptide and it turned into a sword. We started fighting I was kind of losing when my instincts kicked in. Immediately I did a few moves she didn't even teach me and I unarmed her and the sword came flying into my hand. "Uh, wha- how, huh?" She said clearly surprised that I beat her. She then regained her senses and said "You beat me first try even though I am the second best fighter in the camp." She said. "It was probably a fluke. Also, who is the best fighter?" I asked. At my last sentence she blushed a little. "Oh my best friend Max Kole he's a son of Zeus. Also I don't think it was a fluke." She stated not even sad that she lost at least she looked like that I'm pretty sure she was disappointed. "I don't know." I said. "Well whatever cabin you're in I want you on my team." She said.
     After that we went to spend time with her friends Max and Lucas Di-ven (son of Hephaestus). Max has light skin, sandy blonde hair, and electric blue eyes. Lucas has dark skin, brown hair, and piercing brown eyes. I actually had a good time and they actually said to be friends I was really happy but I remembered that I should call my mom so she's not worried. She was really mad but she already knew about this place and apparently Chiron was right because my dad is Poseidon. Apparently I still have to get claimed for it to be official. And that's when I realized the Percy Jackson was my brother. It was dinner but I had to sit alone at the Poseidon table and Max was alone at the Zeus table.
     After everyone finished eating there was a flash and everyone looked at me and gasped. I guess I was being claimed but they shouldn't be surprised. That's when I looked up and saw a big trident but I also saw 3 small symbols behind them. One for Athena, one for Hades, and one for Zeus. I was so confused and that's when Chiron spoke up. "This thing has only happened once before at Camp Jupiter. A boy called Jake was claimed as a son of Ares and a descendant of Hecate. But there have never been this many symbols." He said with an unreadable expression. "Wait so does that mean that I'm a descendant of Athena, Zeus, and Hades and a son of Poseidon?" I asked even though I knew the answer. Everyone stared most in jealousy. "Yes and Lillianna meet me in the Big House. Everyone else get ready for capture the flag we'll start when I return." He said before leaving. I got up to follow and everyone was staring at me and then Emma, Max, and Lucas came up, patted me on the back, congratulated me, and said good luck with Chiron. Everyone was still staring as I walked away. I was so nervous when I reached the big house.
      Chiron was waiting for me in wheelchair form. "Come sit Lily." He said pointing to the chair across him. "Now I know you must be nervous but I just wanted to say you will probably have access to all the abilities of your ancestors. The father back the harder to harness. But being so powerful puts you in more danger and you have an increased scent for monsters to find. This also puts a lot of responsibility on your shoulder and a lot of expectations. Just don't let it bring you down and take your time learning. You're dismissed" He explained. "Ok." I said as I walked down with Chiron following far behind allowing me time to put on some armor.
