It's 3 months later...
Ella, Mikey, Evie, Theo and of course Emma are all calling Jac 'mum'.
Jac and Fletch decided to have a family trip to London, with the kids.
But on the street, Jac faints...
Fletch:
I remember her fainting. It all happened in slow motion. Evie ring the ambulance, and I scooped Jac up in my arms. She was already coming around but she wasn't okay.
"Fletch?" She whispered.
I remember getting in the back of the ambulance and driving to Holby...
I remember them saying she had a bleed...
I remember Sacha taking all the kids to his house..
I remember walking down the corridors to wait for Jac to get out of emergency surgery..
I nearly lost her that day...
I remember her slowly coming round...
I remember kissing her in relief...
And I remember her little smile.
But she was in hospital again..
It was back to square one.
