Something normal for the avengers is to have missions, but in this one lets say that also Spider-man was required, one thing that Tony didn't like.
They were fighting an I.M.A. group of villains (if u don't know what I am talking about, is something of 'The Acengers: Mightiest Heroes') until...
"Hey guys, this is not so difficult" Bucky said through the comm, punching the bad guys at the same time.
Spider-man swung through a window tl take down a group of them before they got out. "I think like you"
"Peter focus please and be careful" Tony said
"Man of Iron, the man of spiders is a good fighter" Thor said
"Yes Tony, let him be" Clint said
"Hi guys..." Spiderman said while the other avengers where finishing, he noticed that the6 were running outside "are you that scared, that you are running away, you are cowards"
"You wish" one of the IMA guys said and pressed a button. Then the building collapsed.
●PETER'S POV●
I opened my eyes and found myself in the med bay, a lot of pain go through my body, specially my left leg and my right arm, also my chest but not as bad as my shoulder or my leg. I tried to turn my head and saw all the avengers surrounding me. I tried talking
"Hey guys" it was weak, but my voice was listened because all the avengers woke up instantly
"How you feeling kid?" Sam asked
"Good, did we win? Are u hurt?" I said looking at them. They looked tired and some of ghem got some bruises.
"Yes we won and we are fine little brother" Wanda said putting a reassuring hand on his shoulder making him wince in pain.
"We are worried about you son" Steve said
"You got 5 broken ribs, a broken leg a big fracture for sure, a broken arm another big one, a dislocatted shoulder, and you also had something with your back..." Bruce said, and Peter looked pale " but your healing factor repaired it but now it is like without energy to help with the other things but you are gonna heal"
"Oh, that means I can go to eat something and do my homework, although I could have graduated before so it is too easy"I said, muttering the last part. Then I tried to get up regretting it and hissing loudly in pain. Nat stopped me
"Stop there baby spider" Nat said. I gave her a little glare. Trying not to hiss again
"Dr. Banner forgot to tell you something important about tour injuries" Vision said
"You will have to rest a lot and use a wheelchair" Bruce said. Tony looked sad because he knew Peter didn't like to rest and worst if he cannot walk he felt guilty. Peter was going to protest
"No but's kiddo. I am sorry, really sorry kid, it is my fault" Tony said stepping near
"It is not your fault Mr. Stark" I said trying go near him "Ow" I winced thanks to the pain in my leg and arm.
"Don't move that much Pete. You will hurt yourself more" Nat said while Bruce brought the wheelchair an Peter groaned and winced in pain
"Guys I am fine" I said again, ignoring the pain
"I believe you man of iron" said Thor
"Brother stop... he needs to res-" Loki tried to said, but Thor took my arm, the broken one to help me to stand up and I screamed in pain and tearns were running in my face. The pain was horrible.
"THOR" the avengers said
Bruce started checking my arm and gave me some painkillers.
"The painkillers are not going to help too long because of your metabolism, one. Two, the wheelchair is totally necessary if you want to move around" Bruce said when I stopped crying
"B-but..." I said being cut by Mr. Stark
"No but's kiddo, you are hurt and you have to rest"
"Ok" I sighed in defeat
After 3 hours in the medbay, I wanted to go to the living room because I hate being in one place too much time. I make the movement to stand up and go to the door, it hurts. The avengers weren't here at the moment, but when I put my foot on the floor I couldn't balance and stumbled. But just in time, Tony rushed through the door and stopped me, picking me up bridal style and putting me in the chair.
"You never listen, do you? Or are you just stubborn? With you I am not sure kiddo" he said
"I think I am both" I said
