Friday then said "Also he has a sore throat, a bad kind of cold and he needs to drink a lot of water. He can take some pills for everything, but if it doesn't help, an injection (shot I am not sure) will help"
I shiver at the thought of a needle, I don't like them too much. Then I look to everyone and they are worried.
"Guys, I am fine" I tried to say
"Pete, don't talk too much or you will get worst" Wanda said
"But-" I said but then have a coughing fit and started feeling really bad, I cuddled more in the blanket.
"Kid, also I cancelled the trip of your decathlon team here, until you are recovered" Tony said
Seriously, the reason why I made this was to skip that trip. How lucky I am that now I have to go and I am trapped here.
"Sure" I mumbled
"Tony" Clint said falling from the vents. I frightened and jumped to the ceiling.
"Clint, you can't do that, we are trying to make this kid rest" Nat said annoyed
"I know" Clint said. Then I jumped from the ceiling and sat in the sofa again with the blanket.
" The reason why I did it, is because I am sure that is bad to cuddle to a blanket when you have a bad fever" he said pointing to me and my blanket
"But I am freezing and I can go out as Spiderman" I said pouting a little
"Friday" Tony said
"What Mr. Barton said is true, now his fever is increasing to 106 degrees, because Mr. Parker hasn't drunk water and is with that blanket, sir" Friday said
"Kid remove the blanket and you have to drink water, young man" Tony said
"I will take the pills" Wanda said, bringing 2 pills with her magic
"I will take the pills, but I want the blanket, I am freezing" I said standing up, well trying, with my blanket and stumbling to the kitchen to grab a glass of water. I took a bottle instead and returned to my seat. Then drank the pills.
"Kid, the blanket" Tony said
"Nope, it is warm here thanks" I replied
Then Nat and Wanda took my blanket and I started trembling.
"Mr. Stark, I recommend to prepare the med bay and the injection, as Mr. Parker now seems worst" Friday said
"Ok kid, you see, come on" Tony said getting up
I can't move, this is embarrasing, Omg is worst than that.
"I-I am fine" I said, my voice was like a whisper
"Not you are not" Wanda said, using her magic to carry me to the med bay.
We arrived and they put me on a bed, I took the blanket, but they put it away of me. Then Tony went to a desk located there, and took an injection and a needle. I inmediately sat down, but was a bad idea cause my head started hurting and I start to fall to one said.
"Wow little brother, calm down" Wanda said putting me down
Nat and Clint left.
"Ok Pete, I am going to put this on your arm ok? You are going to feel better soon" Tony said while showing me the injection and I was scared, I think he noticed "listen kid, is only for a few seconds and thats it. Don't be scared kiddo, you are spiderman, ok?" He said. I only nodded.
Then he did it "Owowowow... Ouch, it hurts" I hissed
"Sorry kid, but it is for your wellness-" he said "and I just finished"
And it was true it finished, but it hurted a lot and I felt tears in my cheeks and Wanda hugged me. Then friday said
"The fever is decreasing, but it will return. So you have to rest Mr. Parker" I only groaned.
The next days were tiring. I couldn't go as spiderman and I was under surveillance, and I couldn't use blankets. So my advice is that, if you are one part spider don't use Insect spray to escape of your problems. Specially if the problem is to be embarras by your family, cause they taking care of you as a baby is more embarrasing, believe me I know it. Don't dare to try being sick, it is the worst idea, but if you want there are consequences.
