8 | Take it Easy

I stood there completely unsure.

The weight of what I had done was coming back to me.

IM SO DEAD!

I completely ignored my mission and tried to kill Tomura.

I heard a sob a little way across from me and it was Midoriya. I totally spaced out I didn't realize. My head turned to him. He was crying with a big smile on his face. A big cloud of smoke surrounded the area. I couldn't see much of anything past Midoriya.

"I'm just so glad you're okay," Midoriya said to All Might. He is worried about our teacher even though his own body is broken. How can he be so selfless? And he had jumped in front of the pro hero to save him.

Where does this kid get his strength from?

Midoriya noticed I was staring at him and his facial expression showed total panic. He looked at me and then at All Might then back to me. He waved his hands in front of his face.

"Wait! When did you get here Suzuki?!!"

"What? I've been here?"

"Hey, guys!! Are you okay?!" Kirishima's loud voice came from far off.

A cement wall came between Midoriya and me curtsy of Cementos the Pro Hero.

"Hey man, let's catch up to the others. The heroes might compliment us on how awesome we were against real villains!" Kirishima excitedly waved his arms in wide, enthusiastic gestures.

Following behind the happy redhead I thought over what had just happened. my head was down and all the adrenaline I had felt was gone.

Walking through the large front doors I found my classmates and police officers and the villains that are being arrested.

"Suzuki I'm glad you're okay. When you ran away like that I got worried" the bubbly girl said.

"Thank you Uraraka, I'm fine. When you get the chance make sure you see Midoriya" I smile at her.

I decided it was best to move to a new location. A new place where Kurogiri or Tomura won't know where to find me.

I hired help to move out my belongings for me and move it to my new apartment that's closer to UA and has a nice view of the city.

The last thing I want is to be caught by Tomura Shigaraki. I shuddered at the thought of what he might do to me for ruining his only chance at killing All Might.

Ugh! Stop thinking about it! Just enjoy this, no more bad thoughts.

I sink deeper into the near-boiling jacuzzi. Closing my eyes I clear my mind.

School starts up again tomorrow, I don't know why but I smile at that. I'm glad to be going to school for some reason. I should make friends.

I stay in the jacuzzi until all my digits turn into raisins and I step out with a content smile on my face. I make my way to my hotel room.
