tw: mentions/explanation of gaslighting

"Will, I would never do that!" Natalie gasped, offended by the accusation that she would ever make Will drink alcohol.

"Don't gaslight me, I know for a fact you did. I kept notes on you ever since I realized you were doing it. Now fuck off." Will shooed her away, just trying to end the conversation.

"I wouldn't gaslight you, Will, that's so evil!" She claimed.

"Natalie! ARCHERY!" One of her siblings shouted. She groaned, running out to said sibling.

"What's gaslighting?" Nico asked. Will sighed.

"It's making someone doubt them self, their self-worth, memory, etcetera. She used to do it all that time, say shit didn't happen when it did. Someone pointed out that it was happening so I had to keep notes of what happens."

Making someone doubt their memory. Sounded familiar.

"That's terrible. Why did you stay with her?" Nico questioned.

"I don't know. I was in... a weird state of mind. Everyone thought we were the dream couple, or everyone that wasn't my friend. I don't know. But whatever, I'm with you now." Will took Nico's hand for just a moment before slipping away to a hurt camper.

"So how do we ban her from here completely?" Nico asked Kayla quietly as she walked by. Kayla shrugged.

"It'd probably be up to Chiron? Or Will himself, being the Apollo counselor." She walked off, And Nico cursed under his breath. This would be more annoying than he'd thought.

"Babe, priority patient?" Will shouted. Nico scanned the room and pointed at one closest to death.

"Thank you!" Will smiled, rushing there.

"What's on your fingers?" Nico asked as Will walked by him. Will looked confused, and then noticed the light that seemed to be surrounding his hands. He shrugged.

"Healing magic? Dunno, but it's cool." And he continued bustling about the area. Nico stayed in one corner, always simply waiting for his cue or for Will to need a break.

Nico knew that, if Will still had the memories, he'd be more scared of the sudden light on him. Of the magic appearing seemingly out of nowhere. So even if he was a bit iffy on his decision, he didn't regret it. He clearly helped, right?
