Unexpected guest

Today Jungkook and I will go to the doctors for a check up. I'm so excited, I jump out of bed and start getting ready. "Babe ? What are you doing ?" He rubs his eyes and yawns as he sits up. "Going to get ready." He shakes his head and points to the spot I just got up from. "Get back in bed." "Why," I whine as I walk back over to the bed. I get back in the bed and he places the covers over me. He pulls me close to him and rest his head against mine. "It's still early. We have all day. I know your excited but we can wait a little." I roll my eyes and laugh. "Fine." I snuggle in closer to him and sigh, closing my eyes.

We wake up an hour later and decide to go get breakfast. Again, he has me off my feet as he paces through the kitchen making the food. I mean could you ask for anyone more perfect than him ? He is so loving and caring. Always putting others before himself. He grabs the plates then sits next to me. We eat then go relax for a little in the living room. The others finally get up and join us as they eat their breakfast. Later, Jungkook and I head to our rooms to get ready. I head to my closet and pick out a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. Just to make it easier for the doctor while she checks me. I decided not to do any makeup and just throw my hair up in a high ponytail. After we are ready, we tell everyone bye and head to the doctors.

We arrive shortly and find a place to park. We walk into the waiting room and I sign myself in. I take a seat next to Jungkook and rest my head on his shoulder. "Nervous ?" I shake my head no. "I am just excited." He kisses my head and puts his hand on mine. To pass time I pick up one of the baby magazines and begin to read it. There is lots of information about going through pregnancy and becoming a mother. It kinda scares me a little. I put down the book and return to resting my head on Jungkook's shoulder. Soon we are called to the back and shown to a room. The nurse does a small check-up on me before going to get the ultrasound. She checks my temperature, my heartbeat, and my pulse. After, we are taken to get my ultrasound. I lay back in the chair and lift my shirt up above my belly. She applies the gel to my stomach then begins moving the transducer around. I look anxiously at the screen, waiting for her to find something. "You are at the end of your first month. You won't be able to see much but the mouth, lower jaw, and throat are developing during this month." On the screen she point out a little tiny spect. "That's your baby. Smaller than a grain of rice."  I know I can't see anything but a huge smile still appears on my face. Jungkook must agree because he has a huge smile as well. Soon we finish and leave the doctors office.

Before we left, the nurse gave us our photo of the baby to take. We reach the car and get in. I can't stop looking at the photo. It's amazing to think all those things are developing but it's so small. The ride back home doesn't take to long. On the way back, we stop and grab some food from Chick-fil-A. About 10 minutes later, we pull in front of the house. I get out and take Jungkook's hand. We walk through the front door and everyone's eyes immediately met ours. "How was the check up," RM ask. "It went great. Wanna see ?" They all get out there seats and crowd around us. "What are we looking at exactly," Suga ask. I point to the little dot and they all have to squint to see. "That's the baby ?" I nod my head to J-Hope and smile. "Smaller than a grain of rice." They all pass it around then give it back to me before sitting down. I shake my head with a laugh then head upstairs. I place the photo on my mirror and smile. Jungkook comes behind me and kisses my neck. "You okay ?" "Mmmh. I'm fine. Just thinking." He kisses me again and places his hands on my tummy. "Do you wanna come with me for a walk on the beach ?" He nods his head and we go get changed. Since I won't be going in the water, I just change my top and add a little cover up. I meet Jungkook in the hall and see he must of thought the same thing.

He is dressed in swim shorts and a tank top. "I won't go swimming if you can't," he says. I smile and take his hand. We walk downstairs and tell the others we will be back later. We walk to the car and hop in. We arrive at the beach and find a place to park the car. Jungkook grabs us a huge towel from the trunk and we go find a spot to place it. "We can go for a walk in a few minutes. I just wanna sit here with you for a little." I smile and take his hand as I sit. We watch people run to and from the ocean. Laughing as they splash each other with the cool, salty water. The sun shines bright on us that I'm afraid my sweat will bring out my tail. Jungkook stands and takes my hands pulling me up with him. He picks up the huge towel and wipes away my sweat. "Let's take the walk now. I'll be right back." He rushes back to the car to put the towel away. He comes back and I wrap my hands around his arm. We walk down the long, sandy beach and make small talk. I can not think of anything that could ruin this moment.
