If We Ever Meet Again.

Chapter 3 - Surprise, Surprise

Sophia's POV

I sighed scanning through the letter as it was placed on the table.

It is 2 weeks away. I looked at all the rules made for travel and all that. This letter had everything in it. I turned it over and saw a list of name. It was our class. I found my name under group 2. I my group was Chloe, Zac and Luke. I sighed trying not to show how 'excited' I was. I looked again and it gave us the seat numbers. I was sat next to Chloe and Luke. Zac was next to Chloe. It said we were at the back which I was glad about because I don't think I'd be able to cope with any one of them for a hour bus ride!

"We're ditching these groups. We ain't staying here with losers!" Zac protested.

"Thank's!" Chloe said. I sat there quietly. I didn't want to say anything then I might be left alone.

They kept talked but I just zoned out. I really didn't want to go on this trip. I think I am going to be ill. Wait I can't do that then Chloe will be on her own. But I can't spend the day with them. I am so fed up.

We all got given work sheets to do, Chloe and I quietly set to the worksheets whilst Zac and Luke just messed about. I didn't mind as long as they didn't talk to me. The lesson felt too long. But when the bell ran I shot out the class to see Jen waiting. She set of walking.

"Can we wait for Chloe?" I asked smiling. She looked uncomfortable.

"Erm- uh- yeah course!" She awkwardly smiled. As Chloe walked out the classroom.

Jen's POV

Why did Chloe want to be friends with Soph so bad? She's doing it just to get on my nerves I know it!

"Hiyaa!" She beamed and we set off to art. Thank God she weren't in the lesson she hugged Sophia and went the other way.

"Right- Stop!" Sophia said stopping in her tracks. I took a few steps back next to her.

"What?" I asked puzzled.

"You and Chloe. What's happened?" She demanded.

"Nothing" I said trying to stay cool.

"Just tell me please?" She asked rubbing her arm "It's okay i won't say anything."

"We're going to be late for art." I said walking past her. Sharp on her heels she followed me and we stood outside. She brought me to the back of the line.

"So, we are here and we're not late. now just tell me." She smiled.

"Well you won't believe it but I - me and- basically me and chloe used to be Best friends. and part of the populars." She sighed trying to keep herself calm.

Luke's POV

I had art now. Non of the boys were in this lesson with me. I loved art, the one lesson I actually liked.

Oh for God sake! That annoying girl is in it. I looked over at Sophia. Nicole was in this lesson I just stayed with her.

We took our seats. Sophia looked at me and chose the furthest seat away possible. With Jen. I really don't like her AND now I have to spend the trip with Chloe. I sighed.

Me and Nicole just messed about with the paint that lesson. We had been throwing stuff and Jen and Sophia all lesson. We got into trouble and had to wash the paint pots up. Sophia was busy sketching. She was doing her summer project, that we got set before the holidays. I carried the blue paint over the sink and Nicole 'accidentally' pushed me. I spilt the paint all over her work.
