"Wait so let me get this right. You went to the beach to tell Elizabeth that you liked her, and she was about to get raped?" Nash asked as I went through the signals Liz had used most recently, trying to get Davis to do them. "Yes. I'm not kidding you Nash, she's in the hospital from bullet wounds." "I don't believe you." He chuckled sitting in the rocker in the corner of the room. "I swear! Dear god do I need to take a picture and show you?" "That might help yeah." I rolled my eyes as Davis got up and ran out the door chasing Nash's dog. The house phone rang and I got up to grab it.

"Hello?" "Cameron?" "Dr. Harden, how are you?" "I'm well. Cameron I'm going to ask you if you remembered that your daughter had a operation planned for today at eleven?" My eyes widened and I grabbed my phone looking at the time. It was 2:12. "Crap, I am so sorry. See, Davis' teacher is in the hospital, and I had that on my mind and my parents are supposed to come and visit, I am so sorry." "Understood. My next block would be in two weeks. I have a convention to attend for a week and then I'm booked with appointments." "That should work! Thank you so so much." "Not a problem. Take it easy, Mr. Dallas. Send my get wells to Davis' teacher." "Thanks again. Will do." I hung up and got up heading down the hall to get Davis. "Who was that?" "Davis' pediatrician. I forgot that her surgery was today. So much is going on." Davis pat my arm and I looked at her. "What's the matter beautiful?" She then signed 'mommy'. I nodded and turned to Nash. "We're going to go visit Liz. Wanna come with?" "Nah I'm good." "Whatever. See you."

I arrived at the hospital, heading up to the elevator. "Hold it!" I quickly caught the elevator and a guy with stroller jogged on. "Thanks." "Not a problem. I totally get it." "Cool. She your only one?" He asked referring to Davis, who was too busy investing her attention to the walls. "Yeah. You?" "I've got him and another on the way." He spoke pressing the maternity wing button. "Congrats!" "Thanks. My wife has a daughter somewhere but she doesn't like talking about her." "Oh?" "Yeah. I wish she did. She said she was a stupid mistake with some guy in college. Put her up for adoption. I don't think she was a stupid mistake. I really want to meet her." "I'm sure you will. I'm Cameron by the way." "Caspar. Nice to meet you. You're familiar." "I was on Vine and YouTube for a bit a few years back." "Dallas?" "Yeah. You're familiar?" "I watched your videos for a bit. I'm a YouTuber myself! Caspar Lee, at you service." "Oh wow! Yeah, I watched you too, I'm sorry I didn't notice sooner!" "Same! This is me." He spoke as the doors opened. "Nice meeting you. DM me sometime." "Will do. See you." "Bye."

When I got to Lizzie's room she was asleep so I went to Caspar's account to see what he's been up to. He tweeted a lot about his family. When I got to photos, I about died. It was Reese. Reese married Caspar. "Oh my god." "What?" I looked up and Lizzie was up. "I-I found Davis' mom."
