"So, what's your favorite color?" Derek asked, kind of speechless about Scott's life.

Stiles looked at him and raised an eyebrows. "I tell you everything in our life and you just ask me what's my favorite color?"

Derek shrugged. "Well, what can I say? What you said kind takes everything."

"I like orange and blue."

"Why?"

Stiles smirked. "Is the color of the Mets."

It took Derek ten seconds to realize he was talking about the baseball team. "You like the Mets?"

Stiles barked a laugh. "Never miss a game."

"Oh, cool. I was more into basketball in my time, of course that I don't play anymore but I used to like the Lakers."

Stiles smiled. "What's your favorite memory out of all you ever have?"

Derek was surprised by the kind of deep turn the conversation took. He had to think for a while, he many memories and not all of them were nice. "My tenth birthday."

Stiles nodded. "Why that day?"

Derek sighed, he looked at the ceiling. "That was the day my dad gave me something. It was not a toy, it was more like a promise. And you?"

"I have two, two memories." Stiles looked at the Sourwolf. "Meeting Scott and you."

Derek's wolf was jumping of happiness and it made him want to kiss him.

"Never said thanks to you." Stiles added.

"For what?"

Stiles coughed. "For helping me find Scott and for being with me when things got tough."

"Always."

In the living room, everyone else was talking and singing badly with the karoke machine. Scott was watching from the couch, he was feeling dizzy and very tired but did not want to worry the others, he made an excuse of wanting to think about the song.

But it was very hard to concentrate with all the noise. His head was throbbing, it gave him a great pain, his eyes were shifting between red and their normal color and the whole room was spinning. In between those pains, he saw how Liam and Theo were singing to The Greatest Showman, The Other Side.

"Scott, you're okay?" Laura Hale noticed something wrong with the sick Alpha.

Scott forced a smile. "Yes, I'm fine."

Laura sat next to him. "You don't look fine."

He chuckled. "Believe me, I been worse. This is just a little headache, if it was something worse. I would tell you."

Laura was skeptical but nodded. "If you say so."

A choking sound came from Scott. It was a kind of laugh. "Do not worry, Laura Hale. I've been fine since the beginning."

Upstairs, Stiles looked at the Sourwolf. He realized he was handsome, he had a model-like face, beautiful eyes, his beard was perfectly cut and his face lit up.

"Are you okay?" He asked when he saw Stiles stared at him for so long.

"For the first time, I may be."

Derek smiled. "I am think I will be, too."

Stiles returned the smile. He looked at the wall and sighed. "I can't believe this is how it all ends."

"What do you mean?"

"Scott had this dumb theory, where he said that the day he died, it would be the day the supernatural stop coming here. He used to tell me that it started with him, and it has to end with him as well."
